Review content:
Home Depot referred us to Fast to replace our 20-year-old water heater. The installation technician (Jeff) did a professional and quick job on 12/28/11. On his first trip out on 12/22/11 he explained what was needed to bring our water heater up to code and why additional plumbing work would be required unless we opted for a shorter style water heater. We went with the shorter water heater, and that necessitated a second install date. We feel that the scheduler could have asked more questions to detect the unexpected problems in advance, so therefore we are not giving Fast the full five stars. The installer definitely gets a five star rating though!
