Review content:
First off, I am one of those people who is writing a review to get a $25 rebate. They pay you to give reviews, which is a good thing. However, I am not going to give a good review just because I got a tiny piece of what I paid for. I got hooked up with FWHC through Home Depot, and had Jeff come out to see the damage. The only thing I don't like about the company is the add-ons they throw at you when they come out. My 900 dollar water heater w/ installation turned into a 1900 dollar investment. It makes me ponder the question, was my inspector for my house I bought five years ago crappy, or did FWHC add unnecessary items to get it "up to code." I am still figuring that one out. Other than that, Jeff did a great job installing the water heater, and gave me a lot of insight on the operation and maintenance of it. It is my first time dealing with a water heater problem, and I was happy with the finished result, although it would be nice to get a little heads up that what they say
