I called Fast to replace a 16 year old water heater on 9/4/12. The sales rep, Jake, was polite and informed me of my options and costs including additonal costs that may arise when the tech arrived. Although it was not an emergency, the tech, Brandon, came out that same day and arrived on time. After he looked over the water heater he drew up an estimate to replace and install a new one. The initial cost was somewhat over what I had anticipated and I was a little concerned. Because Jake had talked about additional costs that may arise as well as encouraged me to call him if I had any concerns or questions, I was not totally surprised. What I really liked about this company is the collaboration that took place between me, the tech Brandon, and the main office, Jake. Brandon took lots of time working with me in helping me understand the costs involved and alternatives. In the end, I was able to come to an agreeable installation and cost through compromises on my behalf and the company. I
