fast came out to my condo to replace an old water heater in our home. The technician sent out was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He went over all aspects of the replacement with me before he started the work and was complete in under an hour. This place is truely FASt. I highly recommed this place and will to friends and family. more

Water Heater Replacement 12/6/2012

We just had a new Air Tap water heater installed. The technician was on time for both the estimate and installation, but above all was courteous and professional. Looking forward to a new energy efficient water heater. I would definitely recommend! more

Great Job FAST 12/4/2012

I had considered installing a water heater myself after it started leaking and I needed it done right away. The bottom line was I just didn't have the expertise or the time to feel confident about getting it done right. I was concerned not just about having hot water, but about the safety of my family, after all if there was a gas leak or a fire there could be terrible consequences. The Installer who cam was very knowledgeable and professional, he took the time to do a terrific job and really went above and beyond to make sure it was done the way I wanted, he also negotiated the price to save me money, and I feel confident that the job was done right to code and will keep my family safe and our water hot. Thank you for the wonderful work FAST I would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family. more

This is the second water heater that Fast has installed for me. The first one lasted over 17years. Fast Water Heater stand true. Michael the manager was wonderful and sent Matt out ASAP. No mess, no surprises and hot water within two hours, Matt was meticulous, you can't ask for more than Fast. I would not be a return customer if Fast fell short in any aspect. Highly recommend more

Good service but expensive 11/25/2012

I went to HomeDepot to buy a Water Heater tank. The HomeDepot guy just connected me to this company. I bought a GE hot water tank which has a price less than $400. But the base installation with the tank is already $729. I am not sure what $300 installation supposed to cover. My water tank is in the garage with an open space, quite easy to install.\r \r Anyway, I was asked to install the following items on top of $729 \r \r - $79 for installing Earthquake Strapes at the top and bottom third\r - $39 for installing Sediment Trap \r - $89 for installing gas shut off value\r - $49 for install 2x4 for earthquake strape\r - $290 for increasing connector vent to 4''\r - $54 for permit\r \r The total would be over $1329 (before tax). Way to expensive, out of my budget. When I wanted to change to use another vendor (like Lowe's), the guy was able to give me some discount. The final price is $1000 (plus tax). Around $600 installation fee for a $400 water tank. You need to plan Big budget ahead before going more

good choice 11/19/2012

Hot water tank went out and leaked onto hardwood floor. Called Fast Water Heater late on Saturday afternoon. They walked me through shutting down the tank and got a water restoration company out within hours. Installed a new tank the next day. The technician, Brandon, was very professional and polite. Great experience after the trauma of water damage. more

I filled out a request for bid info on Fast Water Heater website. Within 30-45 seconds, I received a call back. Wow! I am a repeat customer and A LOT has changed code wise in 16 years... The rep was very thorough. Although I did not make an appointment at first, I called them back after receiving several bids.\r \r \r \r A day before the appointment, I was in Home Depot and one of the FAST Water Heater area supervisors, Steve, just happened to be in the store. WOW, was he ever knowledgeable! He actually helped me understand the code changes. When the rep Chris showed up for the appt (right on time by the way) I had a real good idea of what to expect.\r \r \r \r I had the install done and was totally happy with the process. I'm rating it a 4 only because I was not happy to have to spend money on a water heater right now. I was very happy with the service overall.\r \r Yes, I would highly recommend FAST Water Heater more

Great Service from Fast Water Heater Company 10/22/2012

Water Heater was over 10 years old. Had some rust and had generally seen better days.\r \r Went to Home Depot decided on the 50 Gallon GE water replaced - replacing a 40 Gallon unit. Called the Home Depot installer and within a couple of days the installer came and gave me a very good quote.\r \r Basically, I was able to purchase a 12 year GE Tank with 12 years parts and Labor at a very reasonable price. Made an appointment to have it fitted the next weekend.\r \r The same installer comes the next weekend, and installs my water heater in 1 1/2 hours..! Yup - that's removing the old one, putting in the new pipes for the 50 gallon abd installing the new tank.\r \r I am very, very happy with Fast Water Hater Company, their were efficient, friendly gave a very competetive quote and becuase they are linked with Home Depot - it was a non brainer.\r \r Honestly, call Fast Water Heater company the next time you want to swap out your Water Tank..I am very happy with their service. more

Great Company - Fast! 10/18/2012

Water heater died and we were forced to shower in ice cold water. We called them and they were also able to install same day. They arrived on time and the job was done in 2 hours. Dennis was the employee who helped us. He answered all my questions, gave me different options and then did the work really well. I would recommend this company to other people. more

Great service and quality work 10/10/2012

I've recently needed to replace an old electric water heater. Upon purchasing a new water heater from Home Depot, they relayed me to Fast Water Heater Company for the installation. Their service was great! The technician came on time, and finished the work according to his estimated time as well. He was very nice and informative, and overall professional work. Definitely worth the call to make this happen and make my life easier. more

Outstanding Service 9/22/2012

Mitch arrived within the 2 hour window that was scheduled for my repair. My hot water tank did not have a leak, fortunately, but he determined that not only was the leak coming from a connector hose, but a component on the hot water tank had been installed incorrectly. Thanks to his professionalism & due diligence, the repair was completed in just 1 hour. Not only that, but I got two free low-flow shower heads to help reduce my water usage. I'm glad my brother recommended FAST as I will also do the same when anyone ask for referrals for a hot water tank company. more

Gas water heater replacement 9/18/2012

I am well pleased with the gas water heater replacement performed by Fast Water Heater Company for the 50 gallon water heater I purchased at Home Depot. \r \r The technician arrived on time and explained the complete removal and installation process to me before beginning. He went over the options that I had regarding how to bring the installation up to code so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed.\r \r I was impressed with how professional he was and that he had all the equipment (lift gate truck, etc.) to remove my existing water heater, unload the 50 gallon water heater from the truck, and haul away the old heater.\r \r After the installation, we reviewed the work, the warranty and the upcoming city inspection to verify that the install meets code. \r \r I was very satisfied and would use Fast Water Heater Company again. more

Fast Water Heater Company...exceeding expectations! 9/15/2012

It is impressive when a business exceeds your expectations....but that is exactly what Fast Water Heater Company did! They were at my house exactly when they said they would be, gave me a thorough and honest estimate, and only after I had approved it, did they begin working. The technician was a personable and experienced expert....and, three hours later, I had a new gas water heater with new venting, expansion tank and lines....all to code! I would 100% recommend them to friends and family. more

I've been in need of a new hot water tank for a while now, and finally found a "skinny" enough one at Home Depot. I gave Home Depot my information and was contacted by Fast Water Heater Company very quickly (which was nice!) The gal on the call was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave me the install quote but warned me that there might be additional fees depending on what the tech sees upon arrival. We set up my appointment for the following week between 9am-11am. I was given a reminder message the evening before which was nice.\r \r The tech arrived RIGHT ON TIME at 9am which was very refreshing as I'm used to companies giving you a "window" time period and showing up near the end of it - not with these guys. I worked with (Brandon) who was quite friendly and professional and provided a quote that included the same 40 gal electric water heater I looked at while at Home Depot. I called Fast to replace a 16 year old water heater on 9/4/12. The sales rep, Jake, was polite and informed me of my options and costs including additonal costs that may arise when the tech arrived. Although it was not an emergency, the tech, Brandon, came out that same day and arrived on time. After he looked over the water heater he drew up an estimate to replace and install a new one. The initial cost was somewhat over what I had anticipated and I was a little concerned. Because Jake had talked about additional costs that may arise as well as encouraged me to call him if I had any concerns or questions, I was not totally surprised. What I really liked about this company is the collaboration that took place between me, the tech Brandon, and the main office, Jake. Brandon took lots of time working with me in helping me understand the costs involved and alternatives.
