The building has MAJOR building code violations, and health code violations. MOLD MOLD MOLD. Very unhealthy place to live. It was made in 1929 and any building made before 1978 has lead paint and pipes in it. Since I have moved in, they have changed management and owners. The management prior to the current management company was ELLY NESIS COMPANY INC. I suggest you stay away from that company at all costs. They were shady as ever, the maintenance was terrible and unprofessional and so was ELLY NESIS COMPANY INC. The new owners SOSU INVESTORS LLC,. ARE NOT ANY BETTER! THE NEW MANAGER/LANDLORD IS TERRIBLE AND THEY DO NOTHING TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. SHADY SHADY SHADY. This place has inconsiderate neighbors with questionable character. IT IS OVER PRICED. THERE IS LITTLE TO NO PARKING. ALL IN ALL ITS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE. STAY AWAY. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE HERE AND BE SUBJECTED TO THIS TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT OR LIVING. Look for a proper, positive, civilized UP TO DATE, UP TO CODE, HEALTHY PLACE TO LIVE. For what you pay here, you can find something much better somewhere else and deal with NOTHING like the stuff you have to deal with here. DON'T MOVE IN. Terrible. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS! more

I moved out recently from an Elly Nesis building and before I moved an associate met with me and did an inspection and let me know exactly what deductions would be made. I than went and did what repairs were required and all was well. They acted professionally and according to the code. more
