Wonderful location 5/5/2011

The apartment I rented from Elly Nesis is in a wonderful location; it?s close to the beach, grocery stores and cool restaurants. I like it here and think I'll stay for a while. The property is well-maintained and everything looks almost new. more

Happy Tenant 4/26/2011

I moved here from New York a little over a year ago and moved into one of the Elly Nesis' properties on the westside. I found and moved into my place within two weeks with no problems. After only a year of residency, I had to move again due to my job relocating but I was more than happy when I received my deposit just within 3 weeks of my departure. more

Professional 4/22/2011

I moved out recently from an Elly Nesis building and before I moved an associate met with me and did an inspection and let me know exactly what deductions would be made. I than went and did what repairs were required and all was well. They acted professionally and according to the code. more

Fair and honest 4/18/2011

I live at an Elly Nesis property and I must disagree with all the negative reviews! I have been here for 2 years now and have found them to be fair and honest and always readily available whenever I have a question or need repairs. Upon move in I was given a great incentive. Pleasantly surprised 4/15/2011

I am pleasantly surprised at how efficient and reliable the Elly Nesis Property Management company has been with the apartments and grounds - especially when it comes to repairs and maintenance. I live in a very well kept building and if I ever need a repair there is a maintenance employee responding the same day. My on site manager is wonderful and most of all I feel safe. more

Good service, nice properties 4/13/2011

I was looking for a place to rent in Venice Beach and found Elly Nesis ads on the web. I liked their properties, they were just what I was looking for so I called and scheduled an appointment. Their service was good, the manager is a little strict but he does keep everything in straight order. I finally rented a very nice and affordable place near the beach and have lived there for over a year. more

Excellent property management company 4/11/2011

Elly Nesis has been managing my properties for 5 years now and I've never experienced any kind of problem with them. This company is very serious and well organized, which reflects in my propertie's proper care and maintenance. Plus, most of my properties have rented pretty fast thanks to their hard work and advertisement. I truly recommend them as an excellent property management company. more

A successful company 4/7/2011

I am currently renting from Elly Nesis Co and have been for about a month. I must say so far so good. The application process was simple and quick. Edgar at the office was a pleasure to deal with and always responsive, I have met Elly on a few occassions and I like his style. He is very hands on and involves himself with all aspects of managing the property. Walk around Venice for a while and you will see that it is obvious he has a good reputation - he manages nearly half of all the rentals in the area! Being a Real Estate Broker and Community Manager myself, I understand what it takes to build a successful company and hold a high reputation in this industry. Hats off to you Elly! more

elly is awesome.....i have been w elly nesis for a few yrs and they have great spots near the beach with good prices. they did a few things in the co and now everything is fixed on time and they tenants are happy;)) i would recommend them because they are attentive to your needs and personable. they are fast and fair. some amazingly gorgeous properties and there are some older buildings but with awesome locations...and great price., more

At Elly Nesis the management is outstanding. Their services are really top of the line. They have a very experienced staff and so patient and diligent with all requests. I have lived in Santa Monica in one of their managed properties for almost 5 years and never had a problem with them. more

lots of great properties with great pricing and fair esp if you talk to the office. i have been w them for 3 yrs and love living in venice in a nice place near the beach....sure sometimes you may have a maintenance problem...but they switched the guy and now they are always on time and super great with fixing everything if needed. they are totally fair w the deposits and i think with the way the economy has turned are even more aware of getting things done right and making sure their properties look good to keep their customers. anyways...i just thought i would post because i just hooked up two of my friends with two apts that elly nesis had open and they are sooo stoked!! i am really happy to have found this company because they are personable and someone is always there at the offc fron 9-4. other la companies are so swamped and greedy...not this one. u should try it. more

in my experience theyâ??re a really good property management company. Before I knew of Elly Nesis I was looking for a long time a nice apartment in Venice Beach. I was so upset, but they were truly demanded at the time and the available ones were out of my budget. Elly Nesis found me this amazingly well located apartment in Marina Del Rey with a large rooftop patio with Panoramic Ocean Views! I am so glad too! Thank you so much! more
