I recently made the mistake of having my transmission fluid flushed at one of the local ""quick lubes"". About 3 days later while driving North on Jupiter Rd. I noticed a loss of power, my engine would rev but the transmission didn't seem to be engaging.....fortunately, I was able to coast into Eagle Transmission. As I got out of the car I noticed smoke and red transmission fluid spewing out from my grill. My first thought was this is going to cost me a fortune. The eagle on your business card is very fitting as your company does soars like an eagle. I would like to express my opinion about your company. I was in awe at your friendly,trustworthy service,your respect for my dilema and the timely manner in wich you rebuild my transmission. usually if something goes wrong with my car I panic but your company took away my panic in the manner wich you treated me. Sending a tow truck to pick up my car and if I had wished, you would have picked me up to collect it. Service in the USA has diminished over the years but your company has kept up the standard of trustworthiness, respect and loyalty. thank you. I found Eagle Transmission on Google maps. I did some research online and placed a call. I spoke to Junior at Eagle Transmission and and he sold me with his level of experience and helpfulness. Eagle Transmission blew away the shop I had previously used. I brought my car in first thing in the morning. They did a great job explaining everything. I live probably seven miles away, and after they took my information, they gave me a ride back home for no charge. They were on time with their work and they thoroughly explained what was wrong with the transmission. Rather than speaking in vague, general terms, they were specific and went into detail. When I went to pick up my car, they explained everything again and went over the warranty information. All in all, it was a great experience. I was honestly surprised. I contacted Eagle in reference to my car and was told/lead to believe there was nothing major wrong with my truck-after i agreed to let Eagle do the breakdown on my car to get to the real problems-they came back with an large amount in cost repairs.\r Yes, I'm a female and i really feel like i was mis-lead in letting them break my truck down so i would be forced to get the repairs done there-in which i will and hope and pray that i dont have to experience any break downs as i've read.\r This is learning experience I dont ever want to go thru especially with Eagle.\r They will NOT be recommended to any one that i know.\r Signed MIS-LEAD more

Eagle Transmission in Richardson did a great job replacing the torque converter, which had disintegrated, as well as other parts in the transmission. I had initially gone to the Honda dealership but they quoted me a crazy high price, so I went online to research transmission shops and found Eagle. I called and spoke to the people at Eagle, who told me to bring my vehicle in for a free consultation. I did that and it ended up saving us over $2,000, compared to the estimate we had gotten from the Honda dealership. The people at Eagle Transmission were friendly and they explained everything in a way that I could understand. They made me feel really comfortable. despite ""new"" ownership you need to know this. as a New owner takes on all ""debts"" of the previous owner. And unless you fired the entire staff working there when you took over, your as bad and corrupt as they are. I had the transmission replaced there in 2007, it cost me 2,400. I sold the car 3 months later. 7 months later the new owners, ( friends of mine ) said the transmission had failed and that the new mechanic that had looked at the car said the transmission was pieced together from junk yard parts and had totally failed!. JUNK YARD parts! Not a properly rebuilt transmission but junk yard parts for $2,400. On top of this the manager then was a fat hairy tub of lard that was extremely rude! SCAM ARTIST!! Eagle Transmission in Richardson was local, close to where I live, so I went in and told them the problems that I was having with my car. They were very knowledgeable and informative. Jr. explained to me in layman's terms what he thought was wrong and kept me informed about what was going on as they worked on the car. I appreciated that they kept me involved and abreast on the status of the transmission rebuild. Jr. had to go back in and check something else out, and everything worked out great. Transmission was rebuilt 18 months ago and needs to be rebuilt again. It cost us $2300. We didn't go with the cheapest place expecting that the extra money we spent would prove to be a much better quality rebuild. Unfortuntely for us, we made the wrong decision to go with Eagle Trans. The Eagle Transmission in Richardson gave me good service. They repaired my transmission, installing a new torque converter, and my car has been running well since they did the work. Everyone I worked with at Eagle was courteous and helpful. I had no problems with them and would definitely recommend them to anybody with transmission problems. more

My son is a Diesel mechanic and works with transmissions. When I needed some transmission work done and he did not have time to do it, he recommended Eagle Transmission and Auto Repair. They were extremely pleasant, always cordial, and responsive. If I had any questions, they would call back right away answer my questions to the best of their ability. I have used Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair several times for many different vehicles. They have replaced my transmission and replaced 2 clutches. I also have had them look at and diagnose problems. What I like about them is that the customer really matters. I can call Junior anytime and ask him a question, and they get right on it. They are very responsive and prompt. I found Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair on the Internet and, what initially attracted me to them was the $250 discount that they offered on major repairs. I went there and got a really nice deal and the customer service also was excellent. They replaced the drive shaft and a bunch of other little parts that had to do with the transmission of my truck. They really made an effort to look for the best parts and pricing for me. I was very satisfied with the work that they did. What I like about Eagle is that they take the time to talk to you and explain everything that is going on. This was very important to me, especially being a woman, because I had heard horror stories about being ripped off. I trusted the guys at Eagle and felt that they were honest with me. Also, the environment was very clean, which mattered for me. In fact, I went to a couple of shops before theirs and those places did not look as clean and organized as Eagle. I initially decided to use Eagle Transmission & Auto Rpr because the location was convenient. I felt that they were honest with me about what was wrong with car and did not try to sell me on doing something unnecessary. They did what they said they were going to do and replaced the transmission. When we had to have an adjustment made, they came through and honored the warranty. I did not have to go through a whole rigmarole. They were easy to work with. more

WHEN THEY TOLD US IT WOULD BE DONE IT WAS IT DONE. THEY CALL US TO FOLLOW UP ON THE CAR EVERY DAY THAT THEY HAD THE CAR.
