Eagle Transmission in Richardson did a great job replacing the torque converter, which had disintegrated, as well as other parts in the transmission. I had initially gone to the Honda dealership but they quoted me a crazy high price, so I went online to research transmission shops and found Eagle. more

I called these guys after being jerked around by another business I won't bother to mention. Eagle gave me a much lower estimate for the work on the phone, took care of the problem that day, and then, when I got there, charged me $10 less than what he quoted. more

I want to thank Tito who responded to my call when I had transmission problems. I had driven in from Atlanta, GA and needed to be back on the road within 2 days. Tito was awesome and everyone else that I spoke to was the same way. I really appreciate the turn around time and the truck ran great all the way home. Thank you Eagle more

They take the time to talk to you and explain everything 2/21/2012

What I like about Eagle is that they take the time to talk to you and explain everything that is going on. This was very important to me, especially being a woman, because I had heard horror stories about being ripped off. I trusted the guys at Eagle and felt that they were honest with me. more

Great Experience, I was Honestly Surprised 2/17/2012

Rather than speaking in vague, general terms, they were specific and went into detail. When I went to pick up my car, they explained everything again and went over the warranty information. All in all, it was a great experience. I was honestly surprised. I was not expecting such high quality of service. Eagle Transmission takes care of their customers. They want to make sure you are fully aware of what you are getting into. more

I was on vacation and they we were able to handle everything over the phone. They actually went and got the car from the dealer and made the repair. And, so far, the transmission rework has held. more

Fast and good service 1/8/2012

I went to Eagle Transmission to get my transmission fixed because it was messed up. They were pretty fast and their service was good. They even picked me up at the train station. more

Saved Me Money and Did a Great Job 1/3/2012

Eagle Transmission in Richardson did a great job replacing the torque converter, which had disintegrated, as well as other parts in the transmission. I had initially gone to the Honda dealership but they quoted me a crazy high price, so I went online to research transmission shops and found Eagle. I called and spoke to the people at Eagle, who told me to bring my vehicle in for a free consultation. I did that and it ended up saving us over $2,000, compared to the estimate we had gotten from the Honda dealership. The people at Eagle Transmission were friendly and they explained everything in a way that I could understand. They made me feel really comfortable. So far, everything looks great and the car is running well. more

I Wish I'd Gone Here First! 12/5/2011

These guys put actually put a large amount of time into trying to get me financed for repairs on my transmission. My hat goes off to Gerard for his time and patience. His diligence paid off! The dealership is not the place to go - it took me a replacement transmission and several sensors to finally go to Eagle. If I had gone there first, they could have saved me almost $2000.00. more
