I found Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair on the Internet and, what initially attracted me to them was the $250 discount that they offered on major repairs. I went there and got a really nice deal and the customer service also was excellent.
They replaced the drive shaft and a bunch of other little parts that had to do with the transmission of my truck. They really made an effort to look for the best parts and pricing for me. I was very satisfied with the work that they did.
What I like about Eagle is that they take the time to talk to you and explain everything that is going on. This was very important to me, especially being a woman, because I had heard horror stories about being ripped off. I trusted the guys at Eagle and felt that they were honest with me.
Also, the environment was very clean, which mattered for me. In fact, I went to a couple of shops before theirs and those places did not look as clean and organized as Eagle.
I would definitely recommend Eagle because they are personable and professional. They want to answer all of your questions and they do great work.
