Stay away from this place, they will rip you off by telling you lower amount in the beginning and will end up charging you few thousand dollars more

Worst experience I ever had with any car repair shop. If you give them your car for diagnostic, there’s no way you can get it back without paying a big chunk of money. They told me that my car has a minor issue and they will fix it under $500 but unfortunately I ended up paying them over $3000. Another repair shop asked me $1300 to fix the same problem. Eagle transmission told me that I have to pay $1500 even I don’t get anything fix because of their time. Unfortunately, they left me with no other option but to pay them $3100 so I can get my car back. Also, they promised me many times that my car will be ready in a couple of hours but it took me 4 days to get my car back which was very inconvenient as I needed my car to get to an important appointment I had. Had they told me they were gonna take such a long time, I would have other arrangements.\r \r They advertise that they have the best customer service but in reality, they don’t care about their customers time or money as they make false promises about their repair cost to trap the customer.\r more

I would like to thank Peter Wilson(manager) and Caleb(assistant manager) at Eagle Transmission of Richardson.\r Recently, I just had my transmission rebuilt, however it was done poorly after spending nearly $3,000.00. \r Peter and Caleb saw I was in distress over my transmission, because I had no knowledge what or why my transmission high heat light was on, or my engine light. They were GOD sent... Peter said "" Ms. Lewis we will check your car out for you free of charge. It was such a blessing that they took immediate action. Now I know what the problem is with my car. \r The friendly smiles, courtesy, knowledge of what they're doing is not seen in many places these days!!!\r I would highly recommend Eagle Transmission.\r \r Ms. Ramona Lewis more

Outstanding service and Excellent Customer Service 3/27/2013

I took my BMW and they checked in a timely manner.They give me a great price on the sensors that it needed. The People were Friendly. Overall, great place to take your car for repairs. more

These guys took care of me even after my warranty was up due to some extenuating circumstances. I would not expect them to do this for everyone, but they did step up for me when they DID NOT HAVE TO!!! more

Not big on this place!!!!!! Never called with updates - had to go in ourselves to see what was going on. Took way longer than we were told it would. Came out more messed up then when it went in!!! more

Prompt and fast oil change and inspection. They didn't try to up-sell or "find another problem with the car" so i'd at least listen if they find something wrong. more

Anytime I need something done to my car, I go to Eagle Transmission. I never feel ripped off. His prices are great and his service is prompt. I don't feel like he pushes any unnecessary services on me and my car always leaves happy. more
