Colin our service technician was polite, courteous, very helpful and hardworking. He snaked our clogged kitchen sink two or three times and still no success. He said he would try another way. He opened up the pea trap under the kitchen sink and tried to snake closer to the clog. Then a long arm of pipe just fell off! "That's not good," he said. Keeping his cool, he then proceeded to look and clean up to see what needed to be done now. He went to get the parts he needed and put it all back together and the sinks emptied beautifully. The inside of the pipe had calcified with the years of accumulation and there was only a very small part that was even open to be draining. Something did not seal well as I had to call this morning to let them know that under the sink is leaking a little. Diana took the call and we arranged for Wednesday for them to come again under the warranty to fix the small leak. We haven't had them out again yet, but I have every confidence that they will make it right. Colin cleaned up after himself well. He also gave my dad a senior discount. He was a pleasant young man who took pride in his job and I am sure it will be fixed as Diana was very helpful in making the arrangement. I would use them again. Shannon more

1.Cesar appeared on the scene first he was friendly and helpful answered all my concerns. 2.Ever was also very helpful and considerate when he had to give me the bad news about the costs involved. 3.Jose kept me informed during the process, also very helpful. 4. Lupe whose name I did not see listed, was here on time, he works very hard and continuously in this hot weather and long hours. I was very impressed. 5. Jiovanni whose name is not listed also very hard working young man was here long hours on a Saturday in this heat. I am very happy with everyone I came in contact with, that includes the people I didn't see, the people in the office who answered the phone. Was not too happy about spending so much money on pluming though (it is what it is) more

Thank you Drain Right for assessing my plumbing issues. I thought I needed to have my drains snaked but found out from your technicians and the use of their camera that the problem was more serious. We are not able to have the issue corrected right now and we were able to temporarily fix the problem. The best part was we were not charged. We plan on calling Drain Right when we are ready to have the job done. Thanks! John N. more

He went the "extra mile" and followed up when needed. He answered all my questions so that I was able to make good decisions and was very enjoyable to work with. Nick the dispatcher confirmed every appointment which was very appreciated, and was also very helpful in guiding me through the process. Collin Casson called prior to arrival and arrived at his ETA. He cleaned the dishwasher vent line of grease and gunk buildup very quickly and was extremely polite. Answered questions about what he found and explained how the build up occurs. He also answered questions I had about water filtration vs water softening. Said they represent Flowtech and are the warranty repair provider for them. Will check them out on Consumer Reports as I am looking for a great improvement in our lousy water from DWP!!! Once again, Collin was GREAT!!! more
