To be honesty, you could have saved you money and time just by walking through the house and checking the water pressure. You could have asked by phone if I had noticed any change...

i was very satisfied with my visit from moses. ihave a leaky water heater. he was puntual in the time he promised. he did a thorough job with his analysis of the problem and offered several options for service.he took the time to explain them tome. very courteous, and professional throughout the process. he is a fine role model for all service personnel. i would give a rating of five stars to him. more

To be honesty, you could have saved you money and time just by walking through the house and checking the water pressure. You could have asked by phone if I had noticed any changes of drop-off in pressure. That would have saved you money for gas and time for you and myself. But, I guess that I can thank you anyway for doing that. more

Excellent Service 5/24/2017

I was very impressed with my whole experience using Drain Right. I appreciated getting an email before the plumber arrived along with a photo so I knew who to expect. Their response time was very quick and everyone I spoke with was very knowledgable, polite, & respectful. I would definitely recommend their service and I will be using them for future issues I may have. more

Plumbing repair 5/24/2017

Your technician diagnosed the plumbing problem, but I am unable to give a review at this time. The blockage happened on a Sunday and the technician indicated he could not do the repair until Monday. From past experience I have been very pleased with your services. more

Plumbing 5/18/2017

I received a very timely response from the dispatcher to the technician Raul who arrived within the hour after the call was made. Raul was professional and attacked the problem right away. Although he was unable to complete the work he gave the correct diagnosis and recommendation. The emergency was on Sunday and he did not access to equipment needed to complete the work. I am very impressed with your company and the service. more

Plugged Commode 5/10/2017

I had a plugged toilet and tried to fix it my self (and also with the help of my adult Grandson). No success. There was no hesitation as to who I would call - Drain Right Plumbing. And the only person I want here to help me is Nelson. Has been to my home 4 times for plumbing problems and each time he has been courteous and explained what he was doing or going to do. I recommend this company and Nelson for your next plumbing need. more

Our 65 year old home had reached a point to where all drains had to be replaced. Various options and prices were provided. I am very pleased with the service I received from Drain Right. I appreciated the prompt service. The men on Ever's team were very professional and made me feel my plumbing problem has been solved. The men arrived on time. I particually like the fact that they cleaned up the site at the end of the day and made sure that water was available until they returned. Ever was most professional. Follow up inspection 4/5/2017

I was very surprised and yet impressed when the Drain Right representative called to make an appointment to inspect and test the main drain for water flow. Nice to do business with people who remember how important customer service is. Your service tech was very courteous and friendly. He made flow test inside and outside to insure all was working in good order. Thank you for your excellent service. more

Under sink leak 4/3/2017

Work was cleanly completed however the team was not prepared with all the parts needed to complete the job. We made a trip to the local store to purchase these parts. All in all the job was well done. more
