Colin our service technician was polite, courteous, very helpful and hardworking. He snaked our clogged kitchen sink two or three times and still no success. He said he would try another way. He opened up the pea trap under the kitchen sink and tried to snake closer to the clog. Then a long arm of pipe just fell off! "That's not good," he said. Keeping his cool, he then proceeded to look and clean up to see what needed to be done now. He went to get the parts he needed and put it all back together and the sinks emptied beautifully. The inside of the pipe had calcified with the years of accumulation and there was only a very small part that was even open to be draining. Something did not seal well as I had to call this morning to let them know that under the sink is leaking a little. Diana took the call and we arranged for Wednesday for them to come again under the warranty to fix the small leak. We haven't had them out again yet, but I have every confidence that they will make it right. Colin cleaned up after himself well. He also gave my dad a senior discount. He was a pleasant young man who took pride in his job and I am sure it will be fixed as Diana was very helpful in making the arrangement. I would use them again. Shannon
