1.Cesar appeared on the scene first he was friendly and helpful answered all my concerns.
2.Ever was also very helpful and considerate when he had to give me the bad news about the costs involved.
3.Jose kept me informed during the process, also very helpful.
4. Lupe whose name I did not see listed, was here on time, he works very hard and continuously in this hot weather and long hours. I was very impressed.
5. Jiovanni whose name is not listed also very hard working young man was here long hours on a Saturday in this heat.
I am very happy with everyone I came in contact with, that includes the people I didn't see, the people in the office who answered the phone. Was not too happy about spending so much money on pluming though (it is what it is)
