I was unfamiliar with this Shoe distribution so I called them up and asked them to tell me about their business before buying the boots I wanted. I was searching EVERYWHERE for these specific boots, color, and size and this was what seemed to be the only place that had a pair in stock! I received them 3 days after ordering them!! No scratches no damages everything was in there that needed to be, tags still attached; truly a great runed business and would recommend it 100 %!! I have to say that I love Dodds Shoe Co. I have been ordering from them for a couple of years now and I am so happy with my purchase every time. The customer service is wonderful and very helpful and my package gets to me very quickly. Not many companies will ship out your product within 24 hours of you submitting your order but Dodds does every time! They are wonderful. I have told my friends and family about them and they all love this site too. Definitely will be ordering from them a lot more in the future! more

I, too, was a little hesitant about ordering after reading a couple reviews, but they were the only place I could find my size in a Born boot I had been looking for. I called customer service to get a feel for the legitimacy (in my experience, fraud companies do not provide a phone number). To my surprise, an actual human answered after just a few rings! She was very helpful and conversational, said they had been in business for 3 generations, and stand behind their product 100%. I decided to place the order, and I'm glad I did! The boots shipped the same day, I got them within a couple more, and they look fabulous. I think most of the time, the only people who write reviews are the ones who have bad experiences, even if those are rare. I think these guys deserve a couple good comments from a happy customer. more

I had read the reviews and some were quite negative. But, after talking with Dodds, I decided to give them a try. They shipped my boots the same day. I just received them. They are a Keen boot and exactly like the other pair that I have in a different color. They are not knockoffs. I will shop with Dodds again! more

I've purchased from Dodds Shoes a half dozen times over the past 2 years and have had a wonderful experience! Their prices are typically lower than most online retailers and when I've called customer service, I've received a helpful person on the other end of the phone. I've inspected my shoes and they are definitely good quality, new products. I did return one pair because they didn't fit and I got a prompt refund with an email letting me know they credited my card. I sent them back within 30 days, so I don't know what their policy would be if I were to send them back after that, but their site clearly says you have 30 days to return a product. Several other companies have longer return times, but I figure that a month is plenty long and I'd rather save some money! more

I would give zero stars if possible. My mother purchased a pair of shoes for me for Christmas (well before xmas time of course). I had tried the exact shoe on at a store to be sure of the size. The shoes received from the Dodds however did NOT fit (same size as store) and they did not have a size that would fit. The return policy is 30 days but most stores are lenient around Christmas, instead they would only offer me a store credit (even though they didn't carry the size I needed in the shoe I wanted). I agree that the shoes must be factory seconds or closeouts. They had the rudest customer service also. Save yourself the trouble and order from Amazon. more

**I posted this once already and Dodd's removed it.**\r \r This is the all time worst online store I've ever ordered from. The customer service is null and rude.\r I ordered Born shoes (approx. $100.00). Dodds sent the wrong size and it took forever for them to arrive. They also looked and felt really cheap (are these factory seconds or knock offs?!) I returned them without even trying them on. 3 weeks later I receive an email that it is their policy not to give refunds after 30 days. Dodds caused the delay and now is keeping my money. The Rep said they will ""do me a favor and give an in store credit"". Why would I want to continue business with a crooked company with knock off merchandise? Or they will send the shoes back to me (when they sent the wrong size to begin with). Such a scam. Don't shop here, you will not be happy with the outcome. I will beto reporting them to the BBB. more

I have only ordered from their online store, but it was a very positive experience. They had the shoes I wanted in stock for a reasonable price (not the cheapest, but they did have my size, which is sold out elsewhere). With some online sellers, after you buy, you might get a notice that your item was actually out of stock or back-ordered... or you might be told that the item is shipping from the manufacturers in Germany or something that will delay your product by multiple weeks -- NO such problems here. Just fast service and email notifications that help you track your package. I would buy from them again. Pros: fast shipping, great communication, tracking Cons: no coupons more
