This is the all time worst online store I've ever ordered from. The customer service is null and rude.\r
I ordered Born shoes (approx. $100.00). Dodds sent the wrong size and it took forever for them to arrive. They also looked and felt really cheap (are these factory seconds or knock offs?!) I returned them without even trying them on. 3 weeks later I receive an email that it is their policy not to give refunds after 30 days. Dodds caused the delay and now is keeping my money. The Rep said they will ""do me a favor and give an in store credit"". Why would I want to continue business with a crooked company with knock off merchandise? Or they will send the shoes back to me (when they sent the wrong size to begin with). Such a scam. Don't shop here, you will not be happy with the outcome. I will beto reporting them to the BBB.
