I, too, was a little hesitant about ordering after reading a couple reviews, but they were the only place I could find my size in a Born boot I had been looking for. I called customer service to get a feel for the legitimacy (in my experience, fraud companies do not provide a phone number). To my surprise, an actual human answered after just a few rings! She was very helpful and conversational, said they had been in business for 3 generations, and stand behind their product 100%. I decided to place the order, and I'm glad I did! The boots shipped the same day, I got them within a couple more, and they look fabulous. I think most of the time, the only people who write reviews are the ones who have bad experiences, even if those are rare. I think these guys deserve a couple good comments from a happy customer.
