I would give zero stars if possible. My mother purchased a pair of shoes for me for Christmas (well before xmas time of course). I had tried the exact shoe on at a store to be sure of the size. The shoes received from the Dodds however did NOT fit (same size as store) and they did not have a size that would fit. The return policy is 30 days but most stores are lenient around Christmas, instead they would only offer me a store credit (even though they didn't carry the size I needed in the shoe I wanted). I agree that the shoes must be factory seconds or closeouts. They had the rudest customer service also. Save yourself the trouble and order from Amazon.
