I've purchased from Dodds Shoes a half dozen times over the past 2 years and have had a wonderful experience! Their prices are typically lower than most online retailers and when I've called customer service, I've received a helpful person on the other end of the phone.
I've inspected my shoes and they are definitely good quality, new products. I did return one pair because they didn't fit and I got a prompt refund with an email letting me know they credited my card. I sent them back within 30 days, so I don't know what their policy would be if I were to send them back after that, but their site clearly says you have 30 days to return a product.
Several other companies have longer return times, but I figure that a month is plenty long and I'd rather save some money!
