I use DMI LLC because they are a local company, and they do a good job at keeping my furnace working. I have them come once a year. They are quick to respond when I call them and always very thorough. They usually send the same person, but the entire staff is well-trained. Similar to when I get a servicing on my car, I don't know when something is wrong, so DMI keeps me informed when things come up in order to extend the life of my furnace. more

I have had nothing but good experiences with DMI LLC. I first met Wayne Dugas through my contractor who was rebuilding my two million dollar lake house that I had lost two years ago. He recommended Wayne of DMI LLC to install a water tank and head ducts in the lake house. I liked his work so much that I hired him again when we had a problem with a brand new furnace in another new home. This was a very expensive furnace that we hadn't even had installed for a week. It was defective. They wanted to ship out a new part, but Wayne went out on a limb to repair it, as it was still brand new. I have been thrilled with the service so far. I find Wayne to be a gentleman. This company is very customer-oriented. They are professional and use state of the art equipment. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I fully intend on giving DMI more of my business in the future. If you are considering this company for work on your home, you will be completely satisfied. more

DMI mechanical contractor provided plumbing and heating work for me on a big remodel I did last year. They did a nice job. I enjoyed working with them. There was one mistake with a return air duct that was undersized, but otherwise everything was great. I would use them again with a future project. It's hard to get contractors to respond, but they were always on the ball with getting back to me. They were friendly and responsive. more

I'm still not sure how the system I got from DMI LLC will work come wintertime. Based off of what I know right now, though, it's all working fine. They replaced an old furnace that was in the attic of my commercial building. It was a good experience altogether. more

DMI LLC does all the HVAC and refrigeration work on all my buildings. I have three facilities that total about 350,000 square feet. I've been using them there for ten years. They do good quality work. They show up when they say they will and I don't have any callbacks with them. They are very personable, very courteous, and tell you everything that's wrong. They don't fix things that don't need to be fixed. more

This was the only job DMI LLC has done for me. Before this, I had never heard about them and didn't know anything about them. I think I found them through an online search. Then I checked out their website. I was very impressed with their website. Then, I checked them out on the BBB and there were no complaints so I gave them a call. And that was what really impressed me the most, the way they answered the phones. Are you familiar with how they answer the phones? You should call them! The two people I spoke to are so nice, friendly and positive. Very upbeat and a pleasure to talk to. We had a mini split system installed to heat a room in our house. The technician I had out for the installation was also extremely professional and positive. He was also a perfectionist, which I really appreciate. From centering the unit on the house to leveling it perfectly. Everything was very professional with this company. I would highly recommend them and call them again myself. more

DMI has taken care of my air conditioner, and in particular my furnace, for a long time. I bought a new furnace from them this past year and they were great! They came out, put it in, told me all about what discounts I could take and what I could get back from the state, and filled me in on all of that. Kari was just awesome. She came out herself when they came back to clean the ducts and she personally helped them do that, and actually ended up cleaning the light fixtures for me too because she knew I couldn't reach them. I'm old, and I can't get up a ladder anymore, so it's hard for me to get to them and clean them, so I really appreciated that. They have been really good to me, and I'm really happy with their work. more

I followed up on a reminder card for annual service. Michelle answered the phone and did a great job. Donny arrived as scheduled and completed the work. He then took a bit of time to dicuss my 21 year old unit and advised me to get an estimate for a new unit. I am expecting a call to schedule this estimate. more

Last year we replaced our 22-year-old propane furnace with a high-efficiency model. They helped us chose the right product, installed it flawlessly, and answered all our questions patiently and courteously. The furnace is outstanding -- as was every aspect of our experience with DMI. more

We totally enjoyed our experience with DMI. From the salespeople to the people that come in to do the work, to the clean-up crew, every single person was very nice and treated us with respect. I don't lie to people, if a meal is good, you'll hear from me, and if it's bad, you'll definitely hear from me! I wasn't too happy about having to buy a whole new furnace, but I'm glad we did it with DMI. I know we made the right choice with them. They're attitudes were wonderful, everyone was so positive. Plus, they know what they're doing and are really good at it. I'm glad they're the company we'll be seeing for future tune-ups and such.
