I have had nothing but good experiences with DMI LLC. I first met Wayne Dugas through my contractor who was rebuilding my two million dollar lake house that I had lost two years ago. He recommended Wayne of DMI LLC to install a water tank and head ducts in the lake house. I liked his work so much that I hired him again when we had a problem with a brand new furnace in another new home. This was a very expensive furnace that we hadn't even had installed for a week. It was defective. They wanted to ship out a new part, but Wayne went out on a limb to repair it, as it was still brand new.
I have been thrilled with the service so far. I find Wayne to be a gentleman. This company is very customer-oriented. They are professional and use state of the art equipment. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I fully intend on giving DMI more of my business in the future.
If you are considering this company for work on your home, you will be completely satisfied.
