This was the only job DMI LLC has done for me. Before this, I had never heard about them and didn't know anything about them. I think I found them through an online search. Then I checked out their website. I was very impressed with their website. Then, I checked them out on the BBB and there were no complaints so I gave them a call. And that was what really impressed me the most, the way they answered the phones. Are you familiar with how they answer the phones? You should call them! The two people I spoke to are so nice, friendly and positive. Very upbeat and a pleasure to talk to.
We had a mini split system installed to heat a room in our house. The technician I had out for the installation was also extremely professional and positive. He was also a perfectionist, which I really appreciate. From centering the unit on the house to leveling it perfectly. Everything was very professional with this company. I would highly recommend them and call them again myself.
