DMI LLC does all the HVAC and refrigeration work on all my buildings. I have three facilities that total about 350,000 square feet. I've been using them there for ten years.
They do good quality work. They show up when they say they will and I don't have any callbacks with them. They are very personable, very courteous, and tell you everything that's wrong. They don't fix things that don't need to be fixed.
