Review content:
DMI has taken care of my air conditioner, and in particular my furnace, for a long time. I bought a new furnace from them this past year and they were great! They came out, put it in, told me all about what discounts I could take and what I could get back from the state, and filled me in on all of that. Kari was just awesome. She came out herself when they came back to clean the ducts and she personally helped them do that, and actually ended up cleaning the light fixtures for me too because she knew I couldn't reach them. I'm old, and I can't get up a ladder anymore, so it's hard for me to get to them and clean them, so I really appreciated that. They have been really good to me, and I'm really happy with their work.
