I followed up on a reminder card for annual service.
Michelle answered the phone and did a great job.
Donny arrived as scheduled and completed the work. He then took a bit of time to dicuss my 21 year old unit and advised me to get an estimate for a new unit.
I am expecting a call to schedule this estimate.
