Great Service 6/1/2011

I have been really impressed with this dealership. We bought our 04 MDX 2 years ago and have been bringing it in for regular service ever since. THe staff is friendly and professional. My car is always clean and running great when I get it back. And they gave me a cute little TL to drive while my care was being serviced so I didn't have to wait fo rthe shuttle and be late to work.\r \r I would recommend this dealership to anyone. more

This is our 1st Acura and our experience at Acura of Portland has been great, from getting the price of the vehicle to the answering all of my questions. Your salesmen Tony and Justin have made us feel very at home and always available for any help we need. Quick, efficient, caring service 4/29/2011

My vehicle's extended service was transferred from a terminated Dick Hannah dealership to Acura of Portland. The transition was smooth and my regularly scheduled maintenance was performed without any hitches. My rewards card helped reduce costs and the service, included seeing my car washed upon completion. In addition, the service rep would come out and have a discussion about issues with my vehicle and never put any pressure to purchase. Being temporarily unemployed, I have been treated with respect and understanding. On some occasions, I found little items were fixed as complimentary. These people treat you as buddies, not just another customer and they don't put on an act. more

As a physician, I appreciated Acura of Portland’s flexibility with prompt scheduling of my visit, the ability to see multiple vehicles simultaneously and James Binder’s straight forward approach to the car buying experience. It was quite easy to fit this into my busy schedule and the entire experience was quick and efficient. more

Amber was very diligent in finding the tow capacity for our interest in finding the right truck. She was very helpful researching web sites and in the long run was able to find the perfect truck for our needs. Amber listened to our concerns and ideas, and was able to find us a great deal. We care very happy to have Acura of Portland as our extended family. We will only buy from Acura of Portland and will refer our friends and co workers. more

Acura of Portland best in Pacific Northwest 4/1/2011

For those of you looking for good treatment and a fair price for an Acura in Washington state (or anywhere else!), I would recommend you do your initial research with the local Seattle dealerships and then go to Acura of Portland. They consistently beat Seattle prices without ever knocking their competition, they simply did their job in a professional, honest ,and straightforward manner. Duane Phillips was particularly helpful to me and went out of his way to meet my budget considerations. I am always appreciative of excellent service and wanted to take the time to write about my experience in several forums and blogs. Good luck on our car shopping! more

best car buying experience we've ever had 4/1/2011

Tan N. was enthusiastic about the cars, but not pushy. He was friendly, accommodating, and actually listened to both of us when he asked questions about our likes/dislikes. He showed us the Hyundai Elantra, let us test drive it, and worked through the paperwork. He did his best to get a good price for our old 94 Nissan w/over 300,000 miles. When the time comes to buy another car, we will definitely check out Dick Hannah first. more

We shopped around and just had to come back to you to make our purchase because the other dealerships (1) didn't have the selection that you have and more importantly (2) you weren't working at the other dealerships! Great Treatment in service department at Acura of Portland 2/2/2011

2/2/11\r I was greated like a friend at the dealership and Joey Thomas made the service very pleasant. I am happy that Acura has assigned one Service Manager to a specfic car, which in turns means that he learns my car and me.\r My brand new Acura MDX had a popping sound coming from the telescoping stering wheel and brought the car into Acura of Portland yesterday and Joey Thomas identified the problem and had the service tech check it out also. As it turned out the problem was a rariety and a part is going to be ordered, and the new part will be installed next week. Joey was really helpful in helping me understand some other things on my Acura, plus he had my car washed.. Thank you for your friendly and cheerful staff.\r Barbara more

This service department is the best! Taking the car in for service is no longer a dreaded experience. Everyone is helpful and courteous and I drive away knowing my car is in tip top shape. I always get a clear explanation of the reason for any work they determine is needed. Even their waiting area is pleasant. more

Car buying experience made enjoyable! 12/20/2010

We recently leased a beautiful 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD after a friend strongly recommended we head into Dick Hannah Acura. We soon discovered why our friend had such a great experience. Tony Lockett and his team were extremely courteous, knowledgable, and most importantly we never felt pressured or rushed. We've all had rough car buying experiences in the past, so it's nice to know there are still still dealerships like Dick Hannah and sales consultants like Tony Lockett out there to make the car buying experience an enjoyable one, as it should be!! more

I have been having my car serviced at Acura for the past two years and I am always impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Regardless of who I have worked with the service team is always there to answer my questions, review the details of the service and accommodate any special needs that I may have. I will continue to have my Acura serviced here and will likely purchase another car from Acura of Portland so that I can continue to work with a staff that I know will treat me well. more

Service 12/2/2010

Thank God I have a classy place to take my car for service. The people there are fun, outgoing, sense of humor, and they are all willing to go out of the way to take care of you. Internet, coffee, shuttle, whatever you need to do to pass the time is free and helpful. And the fact it's relatively the same price as other oil changes and you get your car washed and vacuumed as well, count me in! Every 3k miles. more

Great Customer Service!! 11/1/2010

In this era of hurry up and wait, I have to mention that Acura of Portland still provides old fashioned service, and with a smile. Last week I had an appointment to get my TL serviced at a specific time. I had a change in my schedule, called Acura of Portland from my car and they not only accomodated me, but finished the routine service in record time. Plus I was able to relax in the customer lounge and catch up on some email using their wireless service. You need to give them a try. more
