I was greated like a friend at the dealership and Joey Thomas made the service very pleasant. I am happy that Acura has assigned one Service Manager to a specfic car, which in turns means that he learns my car and me.\r
My brand new Acura MDX had a popping sound coming from the telescoping stering wheel and brought the car into Acura of Portland yesterday and Joey Thomas identified the problem and had the service tech check it out also. As it turned out the problem was a rariety and a part is going to be ordered, and the new part will be installed next week. Joey was really helpful in helping me understand some other things on my Acura, plus he had my car washed.. Thank you for your friendly and cheerful staff.\r
