Tony lockett was amazing! He took us to pick our car up in Vancouver and made the car ride enjoyable. He told us about his family and life. He took the time to get to know us and chat about the things we had in common. He made our 5 hours we spent GREAT! A+ more

Service-Acura 11/2/2011

I had my Acura in ito have a 45,000 mile service\r done. Sam was very helpful and explained everything to me. Also after mechanics had look at car he came and advised me that the transmission fluid was dirty, it was marked as a caution but he recommend changing all fuilds. I agreed. Everyone is very friendly and the service is great. I always feel very welcome and this is what great customer service is. I would recommend Dick Hannah service and dealership to everyone more

Randy Mudica worked for our business, very responsive to our needs, getting our trade-in evaluated. I appreciate the low key, low pressure approach responding to our questions. We are pleased with the process, professional treatment to be perfectly frank, car shopping, price, negotiations, and the heart break of knowing and understanding the trade in value is tough. We were greeted and treated with efficiency and respect. We were shown what we were looking for with knowledgeable sales staff specifically James Binder who answered all our questions. I have had great experiences taking my TL to Acura of Portland. The service persons are very friendly and helpful and they offer free loaner cars for when you don't want to wait around all day or wait for a ride. Their prices are reasonable and I feel comfortable having my car serviced there. I am part of the ""Customer for Life"" program and am about to get a set of new tires for free. I would highly recommend Acura of Portland. more

Sandy has been a wonderful person; we have dealt with her on our last 3 cars. She is very honest, personable and has extremely high integrity and knowledge. What a fabulous experience! 7/28/2011

I had researched the Acura MDX and knew what price point to expect. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Tori. We looked at the MDXs in stock, took a test drive and made my offer. The offer was accepted. No haggling back and forth! In a nutshell this was a great experience from start to finish. more

I had the BEST experience working with the people at Acura of Portland. The staff were all friendly, fast, and not pushy. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and were very helpful in delivering all the information I requested during my car search. My salesman, Duane Phillips, was the nicest person I have ever been in contact with when purchasing a new car. He was informative, responsive, and again, not pushy (hard to find at most dealerships). He worked with me over the course of two weeks before I made my purchase! The Finance Manager, Tirzah, was also very helpful - and FAST. I was in-and-out of the dealership in one hour flat, from time I pulled up in my previous car to driving off the lot in my brand new Acura! She answered all my questions and ran numerous payment scenarios for me to allow me to weigh all my options. \r \r Overall - I would rank my experience at Acura of Portland as 10 out of 10! I have never had such a great car buying experience as the one I had/experienced at Acura of Portland. \r more
