Tan N. was enthusiastic about the cars, but not pushy. He was friendly, accommodating, and actually listened to both of us when he asked questions about our likes/dislikes.
He showed us the Hyundai Elantra, let us test drive it, and worked through the paperwork. He did his best to get a good price for our old 94 Nissan w/over 300,000 miles.
When the time comes to buy another car, we will definitely check out Dick Hannah first.
