Dick Hannah's Acura takes care of its customers. To start, the service is excellent. I bought my care there and have had it serviced there ever since, and I've had no problems with the car (a 2004 model). It runs very well and I have not had to take it in for extra repairs or servicing--just at the manufacturer's recommended intervals. Then, they make an extra effort with their online appointment and reminder service to ensure that everything goes according to plan and is timely--from getting you in promptly to getting your car out on time. I greatly appreciate the availability of loaner cars, and like the little touches, such as complimentary beverages in the waiting room. They're very responsive on the customer service end of things.
