Every time I go into this dealership I am reminded of why I love this place. The service team is always one step ahead of me and seem to anticipate what I may need. They always provide the information up front. No surprises! All work completed is exceptional. The one on one attention makes me feel like a valued customer. Excellent Professional Service 10/21/2009

Dick Hannah's Acura takes care of its customers. To start, the service is excellent. I bought my care there and have had it serviced there ever since, and I've had no problems with the car (a 2004 model). It runs very well and I have not had to take it in for extra repairs or servicing--just at the manufacturer's recommended intervals. Then, they make an extra effort with their online appointment and reminder service to ensure that everything goes according to plan and is timely--from getting you in promptly to getting your car out on time. I greatly appreciate the availability of loaner cars, and like the little touches, such as complimentary beverages in the waiting room. They're very responsive on the customer service end of things. Great Service 10/15/2009

I purchased my first car from Acura of Portland and I continue to take my car up there to get it regularly service. I live in Salem and the commute is a little much but I continue to drive up there for the customer service and the quality of their work. Any problems that I migh have they are always on top of taking care of it for me. I have never had any problems and will probably purchase my next car from this dealership as well. The dealership allowed me to make the appointment over the phone and then sent me an email reminder for my calendar as well as a reminder the day before my service. when they realized they were going to be late in the time they had promised me to deliver my car, they made arrangements to get me a loaner so i could get back to work and on with my day. price came in as negotiated and all service completed as requested.\r Pros: Curtious and timely service more

Glenn called me back after I made the appt to confirm that I would get a loaner car. I made it to the appt on time and my car was done in record time. Top notch service folks, 1st class service 10/13/2009

Acura of Portland is located in a great easy to find location, and the service folks as well as sales folks are very polite and ready to help every time I am in the dealership. This time I went for routine service, and walked into the showroom just to look and was greeted by two very polite sales staff that offered any assistance I could want and they are always positive and fun to visit with. I have always had great service at this dealership. Buying the car was easy, but that was a couple of years ago. The service has been really good, no complaints, always easy with a nice waiting room, and a loan car or ride if I need one. No complaints here! more

A terrible experience 4/28/2009

FIRST. There is clearly someone who is gaming the rating system on CitySearch for this dealer. Note 17 entries between Nov7-9 all raving over Mike.\r \r I thought this type of dealership was a thing of the past. The salesguy pulled every mindless and insulting sales trick in the book - confusing issues, silly mind games, making you sign on his scratch pad to an agreement, terrible communication - would not directly answer a question after repeated attempts. The manager was even worse - while the salesman was sorta pleasant, the manager was nastly, pushy and rude. They even renegged on a price that we had literally shook hands on. I walked. \r \r I have a co-worker who coincidentally had a very similar experience. These guys were jerks. The prices actually seemed OK, but I would not go back. This is not the type of experience one should have in an Acura dealership. \r \r Pros: acura makes a great car Cons: the salespeople were a throwback more

luxury my a**...felt like I stepped into a slimy used car dealership 3/9/2009

Acura is considered luxury and with that it is implied that customers are not given the ""bait and switch"" tactic or any tactic for that matter. And as far as ""aggressive"" pricing...the price that was quoted to me was nowhere near aggressive and nowhere near my price that I was told would be met, even with their ""new managers."" Also, as a customer I would expect that if I make an appointment with one of your employees that that employee is the one that I talk to the moment I walk in the door. This dealership wasted my Saturday morning and I felt like I had walked out of a slimy used car dealership after I left. I have posted on various forums my experience and will continue doing so to prevent other customers the frustration I went through while at your dealership. I hope some more management changes will be made to ensure better customer service. more

I went in not even expecting to get a car and Travis gave us an offer we couldn't refuse. It was the day of my engagement and my fiance bought me a mini cooper as an engagement present. Travis helped us with that. I've never driven a mini before and it is a dream ride! But what is even more helpful is having your salesfriend in the backseat, exuding just as much excitement as you! Travis really makes the whole process friendly and smooth. This is somebody you want to have on your side. Thank you Travis, those five stars are for you! more

Going to DickHannah is a no brainer. I've done most of my auto business there. They have a fantastic selection between all of their car lots and the salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly. A special shout out to Travis. This is the gentleman who got me home in my sweet wheels and I didn't feel abused while buying it. He treats you like a friend and works for you like a friend and you leave feeling good. The deal is not over when you drive away, because he will check up on you to make sure everything is still awesome and to let you know of deals you can hook your friends up with. Acura of Portland is terrific. I've been servicing my Legend ther of years and they always make me feel welcome. In fact the welcomed me in to trading my Legend and getting in to a Certified 06 TL.
