I truly had the best experience using Dial One Roofing. I was intimidated by having to repair my roof after hearing horror stories about contractors from my friends and I was expecting some grief but received a super positive experience instead. Wade was able to come out right away after I had called and I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to attend to the job. We had a 10:00 appointment and he was there on the dot. I had thought that I just had some minor problems with some of the seals on my roof but it turns out that that wasn't the issue. However, he found a huge part of my roof that had not been constructed properly and there was a lot of water that was not being drained and would soon leak into my attic. He even took a video while he was up there so he could show me the exact problem areas and what he could fix for me. I thought that was just wonderful. He told me my options and was very honest. He didn't try to upsell me at all or tell me that I needed to replace my whole roof when he could just repair it. My roof was already 50 years old and after a couple of days of thinking it over, I decided to go with replacing it. He told me that he could replace it within two days and voila, he was able to do just that. The materials had been delivered and Wade and his crew came and put the new roof on within two days. It was like a miracle. This was the most wonderful experience that I've ever had using any type of company. They cleaned up after the job extremely well. Every tiny sliver of anything was cleaned up. It was unbelievable. I got compliments for the roof from my neighbors within days after the job. The guarantee also goes on to the next owner so that's a good selling point. Furthermore, I had received a box of chocolates from Wade and his business at Christmastime which I thought was so pleasant. I have to also highly praise his wife, who kept me informed throughout the entire process of the job about what was happening when. I'm so impressed with Dial One Roofing. They were never pushy and extremely personable, professional, and accommodating. It's such a relief to know that there are still businesses that have this level of integrity. more

The best! 3/12/2014

I had the best experience with Dial One Roofing. Past companies have always found ways to cut corners when I've hired them to install new things for my home but I was blown away by the service from Dial One Roofing. Wade took care of everything like I've never seen anyone do before. He came several times a day to check on the installers and emphasized how he needed the job to be done right. I've really never been so impressed in my life with someone's ability to manage people. He even helped clean up a lot of the job and really went above and beyond. I've gotten so many compliments from my neighbors about how good my roof looks. They had taken off three layers, replaced some of the boards that were rotten, and installed a completely new one that looks very nice. I'm really happy with it and would recommend Wade and his crew to anyone. I'm pleased to have found a business that takes so much pride in their work. more

Fast, efficient, clean, and affordable. 3/7/2014

I called Dial One Roofing to replace a leaking skylight that was incorrectly mounted. They also re-shingled the entire portion of that roof and replaced a couple of vents. They were able to get in 24-48 hours after I called to look at it. My only gripe is they said they would show up on Wednesday but they showed up early on Tuesday instead, so I had to re-do my schedule at the last minute. Once they got in though, the work was phenomenally fast, phenomenally affordable, and phenomenally good. more

Satisfied! 3/3/2014

I called up Dial One Roofing of Oregon, and Wade came out and talked with me about putting on a roof. He gave me a very honest bid, which was comparable to other prices I was given. He told me when he was going to do the work, and it happened when he said. The work lasted four days. I had to call them back once to take of a problem, and they came right away. About two years later I had them come back and do another roof on another part of the building. It was the same deal, and they were very professional. They got it all done on time, and they cleaned up when everything was done. Again I had to call them back for one thing, and they came back right away to take care of it. I was very pleased with the job they did for me, and when I need work done again I will give them a call. I would recommend them! more

Dial One Roofing sent a very responsive professional. He came over and looked at the leak we had right away. He got up there, diagnosed what was wrong and what should be done, and got it all fixed in about half an hour. I liked that he got right on everything. I didn't hesitate to call him back out here after we had a big storm. more

quick,quality roof repair 2/12/2013

I had to make roof repairs for the sale of my house. Dial One was close and I like to support neigborhood businesses. Wade was able to come out to give me an estimate right away and able to do the work the next day. I was done start-to-finish in 24 hours or less! The repair is barely visable so it doesnt look tacky! I an very happy with every aspect of the repair! more

Highly Recommended 2/6/2013

Chad displayed a high degree of professionalism from start to finish. He followed through on all commitments. After the job was done, I requested several touch ups (on flashing and where the new composition roofing merged with wood shingles)and he made sure those were finished to my satisfaction. No complaints. Highly recommended. more

Hire this company. 1/28/2013

First of all, the president of Dial One, Wade, is punctual, responsive, courteous, a good listener and an excellent problem solver. PLUS, he came out in a rainstorm in January 2012 to help me w/my leaky roof. He made the roof temporarily rainproof himself, in the rainstorm, up on the roof. I'd never worked with him before. When I was ready to begin the new roof in August 2012, he came with a crew that is reliable, efficient, responsive, cleans up after themselves, and able to answer questions and concerns. When I thought I had a problem a few months after the finished roof, Wade and a crew were quickly responsive and--unsurprisingly--it was not their work that was the problem but MY assessment of what was happening. And Wade took time to show me and explain to me just what the problem was. I couldn't recommend this company higher! more

Wade the owner is extremly knowledegable. He helped us select the shake and made a great suggestion of adding in a skylight. The price was extremely competitive and the work was completed start to finish in 3 days. I could not be happier with the result. Wade also provided us a great referral to a handyman who has also been great. more

Wade's a good guy 1/26/2013

We dealt with Wade for a few years. We were concerned about a leak and had someone else do a quick patch during the rainy season. Had Wade come look at it the next spring and he told us the whole roof needed replacement in a few years so we should wait to do anything. He also looked at our siding at the same time and pointed out where we needed to do some caulking to prevent water infiltration. That caulking project undercovered rot that led to replacing a portion of siding, insulation and structural studs by another contractor. Fast forward a year and the leak patch finally failed. We had Wade come back with the intention of replacing the roof. He inspected it, gave us an estimate, had a us pick out shingles and replaced the roof all within five days. His price was better or equal to the other two quotes we got. He sent his guys back to fix a few items I thought still needed to be fixed the next week and four months later when condensation was building up in our skylight, he sent a guy out to open it up and reseal it free of charge. Next time we need roof or skylight work done, we will call Wade. more

Highly recommend for honesty and courtesy 1/25/2013

Although Dial One did not do any roofing, I would highly recommend them. I had gotten an estimate from another company and felt I should get some more estimates. Well to my great surprise Dial One Roofing advised me I did not need a new roof I had a good number of years left in the one I had. He then proceeded to put some caulking on some spots he thought should be covered. That told me that he was an honest and trusting person to deal with. His honesty impressed me a lot and I have already recommended him to several other people more
