Review content:
First of all, the president of Dial One, Wade, is punctual, responsive, courteous, a good listener and an excellent problem solver. PLUS, he came out in a rainstorm in January 2012 to help me w/my leaky roof. He made the roof temporarily rainproof himself, in the rainstorm, up on the roof. I'd never worked with him before. When I was ready to begin the new roof in August 2012, he came with a crew that is reliable, efficient, responsive, cleans up after themselves, and able to answer questions and concerns. When I thought I had a problem a few months after the finished roof, Wade and a crew were quickly responsive and--unsurprisingly--it was not their work that was the problem but MY assessment of what was happening. And Wade took time to show me and explain to me just what the problem was. I couldn't recommend this company higher!
