We dealt with Wade for a few years. We were concerned about a leak and had someone else do a quick patch during the rainy season. Had Wade come look at it the next spring and he told us the whole roof needed replacement in a few years so we should wait to do anything. He also looked at our siding at the same time and pointed out where we needed to do some caulking to prevent water infiltration. That caulking project undercovered rot that led to replacing a portion of siding, insulation and structural studs by another contractor. Fast forward a year and the leak patch finally failed. We had Wade come back with the intention of replacing the roof. He inspected it, gave us an estimate, had a us pick out shingles and replaced the roof all within five days. His price was better or equal to the other two quotes we got. He sent his guys back to fix a few items I thought still needed to be fixed the next week and four months later when condensation was building up in our skylight, he sent a guy out to open it up and reseal it free of charge. Next time we need roof or skylight work done, we will call Wade.
