Roofing problems no more! 3/29/2010

I own several commercial buildings around Portland, and for 15 years these guys have been resolving my roofing issues. I tried other roofing companies at first, but Wade and crew at Dial One has been only one able to find the leaks. You can trust what these guys tell you, they know their business! Kerry Pros: they always fix my leaks! Cons: none more

Great Work! 3/25/2010

Buying a new roof is not something I took lightly. I wanted to know that the company I had hired would be there in the event there is a problem. \r I wasn’t sure which company to call about getting a bid, so I decided to hire a company based on these criteria:\r -Roofing company must be in business for more than 25 years.\r -Roofing company must be certified by the manufacturer for installation, that way I get a better warranty\r -The roofing manufacturer must be in business at least 50 years.\r -They must know their stuff\r I asked the around for a recommendation and was told Dial One Roofing did a good job. They have done several jobs on my street, so I gave them a ring. \r They did a marvelous job, cleanup was great, the owner inspected everything, now I have a very nice looking, dependable roof.\r Im very happy with the work.\r Pros: Very Satisfied Cons: none, great job more

My new roof is beautiful, and I have recommended Dial One Roofing to 4 of my friends who also have had favorable experiences with the company. Some guarantee indeed 8/2/2007

I was really disappointed with their so called guaranteed pricing. Our experience was that we paid them to come out and quote the job, we accepted the quote and gave them a credit card number only to have them call back an hour later and tell us that the bid was going to be $400 higher because they couldn?t get a screw out of the faucet they were fixing. They are pleasant and mostly competent but don?t believe the pricing is fixed or that they will give a damn about customer service. more
