The airport is very close 4/13/2011

The airport is very close to this hotel The concierge offers a 6 hour bus tour of Hoover Dam, Ethel M's candy factory and a cactus garden. Actually an excellent tour. more

the historic rivera hotel 4/8/2011

the historic rivera hotel and casino is one of the oldest hotels on the strip. an interesting place to stay to get the feel of las vegas in the 1950's and 1960's. inexpensive. more

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and modern, and the amenities were just fine. This hotel is on the northern end of the strip, away from the hustle and bustle of the newer hotels, but after a few nights in Vegas, it's actually quite nice to get back to a quiet place. more

The staff remembers us from trip to trip and I love the video poker there. And yes the place is old, but I like the nastalgia of it all. Will always try to stay there for a couple days of each trip there. more

No matter the time I was able to find a seat for blackjack, craps, roulette, etc. Even at night the table were open and the dealers were very friendly. more

The newer tower we stayed in was nicely decorated, clean. The room I stayed in had a view of the mountains and the back roads of the strip. I would definitely say that the best thing about this place is the fact that it is in the strip. more

We had a spectacular time at the Riviera. That had to be one of simplest ways to checkin that I have dealt with. We ate at the buffet twice, both for breakfast and the food there was quite good and reasonably priced. more

Place is fine. It's the same as every other casino out there. You gamble. Machines are same table games same etc. Place was loud and people were having fun as was I. Rooms are really clean. more

In fact it surprise me 3/23/2011

In fact it surprise me, I stayed at Monaco Tower, my room was non-smoker, comfortable room, and a chair to sit and watch TV, this one was my favorite to relax after a long day walking, quiet floor, 43o. no noise, besides its cleanliness, the samples at the bathroom had natural fragancies of confrey and ginseng, which I really enjoyed them. The Buffet in general is good and if you have the card players you get a discount, so let´s enjoy and I did. The Casino has a very nice environment, clear, large and I felt very well, and spent a long time gambling. more
