Terrible service. Bought a car with faulty OnStar, so took the vehicle back in to have it fixed on Monday. Tuesday was told they needed a new part and didnt have that part in. Wednesday was told that the part was installed and they now needed 24 hours for it to reset itself. Thursday was told needed 24 hours for system to reset itself. Friday was told needed 24 hours for system to reset itself. After multiple phone calls with ""let me check and call you back"", never got a phone call back. So I just showed up Friday afternoon at the dealership, and got my car back, which when it was dropped off I was also told it would be washed, yet when I picked it up, something as simple as getting the car washed wasn't completed. At least when I talked to the service manager about what was going on with my car, he had no clue that my car was even in the service department. Real good. Way to know what's going on in your own place of business. If you're expecting service on your car after you buy it, think again. Once the sale is made, they can care less. more

The dealer apologized and asked that if In the future i was in the market for a Cadillac to give them the opprtunity to show me what they were really about. I purchased my Escalade from a Non-Cadillac Dealer (Big Mistake). As I drove in to service I was greeted by Wayne Bristol. I advised him of my concern. he said no problem that my vehicle was still under bimper to bumper warranty put me in a loaner (Cadillac Vehicle) and took care of my problem. As I left the service area, he chased me down and advised me that there was someother issues with my escalade that can be fixed under the vehicles warranty. those issues were also fixed. long story short, Crestview Cadillac is The best dealership to do buisness with. I previously owned a Lexus and every time I took the car in for Service they would try to upsell service not necessary. With Wayne Bristol he reccomends the service with a no pressure approach. WAYNE BRISTOL SETS THE STANDARD FOR SERVICE AT CADILLAC. THANK YOU WAYNE FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE TO KEEP MY ESCALADE IN TIP TOP SHAPE!!!! :O) more

My husband and I recently purchased a Cadillac SRX from Joline and John. Upon leaving there we were 100% satisfied with the extremely high level of customer service they provided us with. They went over and above to make sure we were happy. They made sure they spent adequate time explaining and showing us how to use all of the amazing features the SRX has. We couldnt be happier with our experience at Crestview Cadillac. We will definitely reccommend them to others and return there to purchase our next vehicle. . more

While traveling, I needed the phone number for Crestview Cadillac of West Covina, CA. I did a search, and I was very surprised with a couple of reviews. I have purchased several new vehicles from Crestview (six) since 2005. Ginger Diaz is my contact and sales person. The first day I walked in the showroom she was very nice and knew her product. For vehicle purchases I recommend Crestview to all of my friends. My contact with the Service department is great! Wayne Bristol is my service advisor, and Wayne is the number one reason that I drive thirty-five miles for service to my four vehicles. I ask hard questions about the cost of some services but I realize this is not a Crestview charge it?s a GM and Cadillac guideline so I direct my displeasure with them, not Crestview. Have always had the best customer service from this dealership. Never had to bring my car back as it has been fixed right the first time. Have been using them for more than ten years with two different cars that I bought used not new. (One from another dealer and one from them) They never blinked just gave good honest service. more

Today I'm writing this review because I took the car in for its usual servicing only to discover that our tire guys hadn't done their job--pretty startling since we were just there a couple weeks ago. Wayne gave us a quote for the additional work, and surprise, it was a lot more reasonable than what we had paid the other guys--and I'm at a Cadillac dealer? We've found the service to be outstanding and affordable. Crestview has always met our expectations for what we brought the car in for, but then checked out our DTS for things we might not be expecting or could prepare ourselves for. When it comes to servicemen, we've only worked with Wayne for all of our eight years. We have a relationship with him. He takes care of us. If time is of the essence, he'll put me in a loaner, which is always appreciated ;) It just doesn't make sense to take the car anywhere else when Crestview has proven themselves steadfastly over the years. Thanks, Crestview for your exceptionally capable mechanics. Thanks, Wayne, for the exceptional customer service. more

Excellent Service!! 5/16/2012

Crestview Cadillac is the best! We have owned four Escalades over the years and bought them all from this dealership. Our Service Advisor is JD and he is awesome! He is professional, friendly and has a great attitude, as does the rest of the staff. He promptly addresses any issue we have and does it with a smile. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer service is phenomenal in every way! more

Take your Caddy to Crestview 5/11/2012

I bought my Cadillac CTS bran-spankin new in 2009! All my vehicle's services have been done there and Wayne in service made it super simple. I could give him a all anytime tell him what I need and he'd have it all taken care of! Not only was he helpful and accommodating but I consider him a friend as well! If you're looking to buy a Cadillac or looking for a place to service yours just take it over to Wayne at Crestview and he'll take care of you! more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! 2/25/2012

I have a 2009 CTS, from the first time I dropped my Caddy off for service I had multiple service men greet me when I arrived. I asked for Wayne. Wayne came out of his booth in such a bubbly mood and always smiles!! Being a women and have dealt with a lot of service men, I didnt know how to react. But in any case I embraced it. He listened to the list of issues I had and not one time did he try to defend the maker or demean me. He smiled and said we would look into the issues. He ask if I needed a loaner, and I was like OK sure. WOW, do I have to pay. No, it's under warranty. WHOA!!! So every time I come in Wayne knows I like the SRX, and he tries his best to get me in one. If you ever have to talk to a Finance Manager, I really recommend BEVERLY HARMON!! OMG!! I didn't have an appointment, i just came in and ask I could speak to her about some issues I was having. She was very nice and was able to help me. She didn't rush me out of the office or judge me. CRESTVIEW CADILLAC EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST. There are not very many companies out there that take care of theirs anymore. So Crestview whatever you are doing to take care of your employees, please continue. They are the backbones that make a company THRIVE!!! Thank you so much!! Wendy more

Best Service Department Since My Grandfather's Garage 10/8/2010

I own a 2007 Cadillac that I bought from a non-Cadillac dealership (first mistake). Within days, my check engine light was on. I brought it in to Crestview and was greeted by the service guy, David. He listened to my gripe and told me not to worry. In fact, he found out my car was still under warranty! Upon inspection, they found quite a lot of things that needed to be fixed that I wasn't even aware of. David let me know that because the Cadillac was still under its warranty that I was eligible for a loaner car, covered under the warranty. I drove home a bit worried about what this was gonna cost me. The next day, David called me to let me know my car was ready. A bit apprehensive, I came in that afternoon to pick it up. David greeted me with a list of issues they found. I about fell over when he said they had already been fixed! I asked him how much it all was, upset that they didn't call me for approval. He stated that it was all covered under warranty and it was no money out of my pocket! Not even the rental loaner! By far, the BEST experience I have had in service. My Grandfather ran a service garage for 40 years and was successful only due to his great work and customer service. My car runs like new now.
