While traveling, I needed the phone number for Crestview Cadillac of West Covina, CA. I did a search, and I was very surprised with a couple of reviews. I have purchased several new vehicles from Crestview (six) since 2005. Ginger Diaz is my contact and sales person. The first day I walked in the showroom she was very nice and knew her product. For vehicle purchases I recommend Crestview to all of my friends. My contact with the Service department is great! Wayne Bristol is my service advisor, and Wayne is the number one reason that I drive thirty-five miles for service to my four vehicles. I ask hard questions about the cost of some services but I realize this is not a Crestview charge it?s a GM and Cadillac guideline so I direct my displeasure with them, not Crestview.
