Terrible service. Bought a car with faulty OnStar, so took the vehicle back in to have it fixed on Monday. Tuesday was told they needed a new part and didnt have that part in. Wednesday was told that the part was installed and they now needed 24 hours for it to reset itself. Thursday was told needed 24 hours for system to reset itself. Friday was told needed 24 hours for system to reset itself. After multiple phone calls with ""let me check and call you back"", never got a phone call back. So I just showed up Friday afternoon at the dealership, and got my car back, which when it was dropped off I was also told it would be washed, yet when I picked it up, something as simple as getting the car washed wasn't completed. At least when I talked to the service manager about what was going on with my car, he had no clue that my car was even in the service department. Real good. Way to know what's going on in your own place of business. If you're expecting service on your car after you buy it, think again. Once the sale is made, they can care less.
