Crestview Cadillac is second to none. take this review from a customer who had a very bad experience at Crestview Cadillac in 2009. I made the dealer aware of my bad experience. The dealer apologized and asked that if In the future i was in the market for a Cadillac to give them the opprtunity to show me what they were really about. I purchased my Escalade from a Non-Cadillac Dealer (Big Mistake). As I drove in to service I was greeted by Wayne Bristol. I advised him of my concern. he said no problem that my vehicle was still under bimper to bumper warranty put me in a loaner (Cadillac Vehicle) and took care of my problem. As I left the service area, he chased me down and advised me that there was someother issues with my escalade that can be fixed under the vehicles warranty. those issues were also fixed. long story short, Crestview Cadillac is The best dealership to do buisness with. I previously owned a Lexus and every time I took the car in for Service they would try to upsell service not necessary. With Wayne Bristol he reccomends the service with a no pressure approach. WAYNE BRISTOL SETS THE STANDARD FOR SERVICE AT CADILLAC. THANK YOU WAYNE FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE TO KEEP MY ESCALADE IN TIP TOP SHAPE!!!! :O)
