I have a 2009 CTS, from the first time I dropped my Caddy off for service I had multiple service men greet me when I arrived. I asked for Wayne. Wayne came out of his booth in such a bubbly mood and always smiles!! Being a women and have dealt with a lot of service men, I didnt know how to react. But in any case I embraced it. He listened to the list of issues I had and not one time did he try to defend the maker or demean me. He smiled and said we would look into the issues. He ask if I needed a loaner, and I was like OK sure. WOW, do I have to pay. No, it's under warranty. WHOA!!! So every time I come in Wayne knows I like the SRX, and he tries his best to get me in one. If you ever have to talk to a Finance Manager, I really recommend BEVERLY HARMON!! OMG!! I didn't have an appointment, i just came in and ask I could speak to her about some issues I was having. She was very nice and was able to help me. She didn't rush me out of the office or judge me. CRESTVIEW CADILLAC EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST. There are not very many companies out there that take care of theirs anymore. So Crestview whatever you are doing to take care of your employees, please continue. They are the backbones that make a company THRIVE!!! Thank you so much!! Wendy
