Crest Honda is by far the best dealership in Middle Tennessee for both new and used car and trucks. After having purchased 4 new Honda's and 1 used Acura from Crest, I can say this with full confidence. Jim Lawrence has been my Salesman for the past 3 purchases and he has always been knowledgeable, courteous, and there to help in any way to make the car buying experience an enjoyable one. There new Fair Price program is also a great way to help make sure you are getting a good deal. I also use their service department for the maintenance of all my vehicles including my company assigned Toyota.They even have a Coke machine and great hot dogs at lunch. Give them a try, I think it will be a pleasurable experience for you as well. more

I had an awesome experience at Crest Honda that made me humble. Brian Everette was an awesome salesman/associate that made this experience very memorable. He guided me through all my options, kept me informed, offer me to search other dealership for prices and he was upfront and very knowledgeable about every step. After diligently searching for the best car to fit my daughter, I rested my quest at Crest Honda. We came to the Dealership on Saturday, February 25th during a very busy day. Regardless of the high activity, Senior Sales Consultant David Galloway made the buying experience comfortable, easy, and made my family feel at home! At the time, he was juggling two clients (myself and another) and still managed the transaction with ease, which says a lot about his disposition and dedication to his customers. amazing deal on new car 2/20/2012

Always hated buying new cars since never felt I could get the deal I wanted. Not this time, in fact the no haggle price was lower then I thought I would have to pay based on internet websites listing fair price for a crv. Was in and out with a great deal in less then an hour. Never had a easier time buying a car 4/22/2011

I have bought many cars but never from a dealership that took as much time to make sure I was happy. I have read alot of reviews on here and some were not good or great but from my exsperence I found that never as a woman was I ever treated like a customer and not just a dumb woman. I met a sells person called Larry the Cardog yes that is his name he was funny and very interested in what I wanted and not just in selling me a car, he listened and matched what I wanted with what I bought and was extreamly helpful . I would give them a AAA plus for no pressure and the new up front priceing . They are up front and honest thanks Cardog more

Crest IS THE BEST! 8/18/2010

I have been servicing my Honda's at Crest for years, They have always been straight with me and the service is always excellent. I recently wanted to buy a newer car so I went there first. I picked out a 2007 Honda Civic. Everyone involved was fantastic. I went through their Internet dept first.The Internet rep, Ron Veasey was informative and very helpful. He made the whole process totally painless. The sales manager and finance manager were also great. I would recommend Crest Honda to anyone looking to buy a car or get it serviced. They are the best in Nashville! more

Great Experience 7/15/2010

I have bought two vans from Crest Honda. I think it says a lot for the dealership that I had the same sales guy three years later. If they are keeping employees that long they must be doing something right. The deal was fair and important to me was that I got in and out quickly. I hate spending all day at a dealership. They even sent me a calendar with a picture of me and my van. I thought that was pretty cool. Overall, I would highly recommend Crest Honda. Pros: great service, selections more

Terrible Dealership 6/1/2010

The only reason I made an account on this website was to warn people of Crest Honda. If you look at their reviews, they're either ""5-stars this place was wonderful!"" or ""BE WARNED!!"". If you use a little logic, you might start to suspect that some of the 5-star reviews are written by their staff. I went here right after I graduated college, planning on buying a nice, CERTIFIED used Civic. I found the exact car I wanted, we negotiated a price, and as I was preparing to buy the car, the ""Manager of the Used Car Lot"" came by and informed me that the car that they had pitched to me as a ""Certified Pre-Owned Honda"" was in actuality, NOT a ""Certified Pre-Owned Honda"". He informed me of this WHILE I was signing the paperwork. I felt immediately slighted, taken advantage of, and asked them what they were going to do to make up for duping me. The ""Lot Manager"" said that the only thing they could do was to sell a warranty for an additional 3 grand. When I asked him what I should do, he replied, with a very comforting tone I might add, ""I'd still buy that car, even with it not being certified. I mean, since I know the car, I'd definitely still buy it."" Luckily, I walked out. I felt like if that sleeze was still going to try to sell me the car that was OBVIOUSLY not the car that I had originally intended to buy, I wanted nothing to do with them. I went to another car lot and bought almost the exact same Honda that was certified for the same price that we had negotiated at Crest. The guy I ended up buying a car from told me that they have numerous customers that have had similar experiences at Crest. They're definitely sleezes at Crest. They were trying to take advantage of me, and I'll never go there again. I'll encourage all of my friends to stay away. I encourage anybody reading this to trust the negative reviews and ignore the positive ones that could have very possibly been written by Crest employees. On a different note, I love my Honda, and plan on buying many more...Just not from Crest Honda. :) Pros: Seemed like nice guys Cons: Strictly after your money. more

Excellent Customer Service 3/28/2009

Our Honda experienced a problem with the torque converter. We purchased the Honda 6 months ago, brand new, from Crest Honda. When we took the Honda into the service department for transmission leaking, the part was not on hand. We were scheduled to leave on vacation the next day. Trent, our service technician quickly understood our issue and partnered with us to develop a win-win situation. To me, this day in time, all dealerships are equal, what separates the best from the worst is their desire to partner with the customer to solve issues. Crest Honda, took this approach and is quickly winning a loyal customer. Crest and Trent, Thank you very much for making this experience as seamless as possible. Great Service Department 3/20/2009

I have been to several Honda dealerships with my car and by far, I always receive the best service here. They're always very helpful at explaining what exactly is wrong with my car. I never feel pressured to have any more work than necessary. I'm never worried about if I'm being told the truth. I always feel as if they're giving me their honest opinion. Service crew is great: Bud, Earnest, and Brian just to name a few. Earnest is crazy, but in a good way! Great Cars & Service 3/10/2009

I have bought 3 Hondas from Crest, all at a reasonable deal. Their service department is ""top-notch"". My regular service advisor Bud is always on top of things with my vehicles. He keeps up with the service they need, and to date I have had no major mechanical issues with any of them. Keep up the good work! Pros: Honest sales people and great service - Bud's the best! Cons: Some Honda service requirements are expensive, but this is not a Crest issue. more

I have been more dealers than I can count, but since I started going to crest I have never had a concern if I was being told the truth about what my vehicle needed. Bud has been my main service tech and has all ways let me know his honest opinion if was time to trade or fix what I have. Great place to visit I would recommend this as a upscale dealership. more

Great Service 11/11/2008

I took my 97 honda accord in for service last week and the people at Creat were wonderful. I'm very surprised with the previous review, I saw nothing but wonderful honest caring people. I came out of service a happy woman, and I'm looking into buying a new civic after christmas. I'm new to town and live in downtown but I could of went to rivergate or brentwood, glad I choose Crest. I'm giving their business card out to friends, and I will see them again in Feb, when I get my taxes back. Thanks Sara Pros: Honest more

Poor service 11/3/2008

The manager we dealt with there is clearly a seasoned, top notch sales guy, as he knows how to lay the pressure on thick. With little room to negotiate price, if you do buy a car from them, be prepared to pull out your debating and negotiating skills for a fair deal.\r \r Additionally, after buying a low mileage 'thoroughly checked and serviced' vehicle from Crest Honda in Nashville, I found myself spending nearly a GRAND in service repairs in less than 10 days. The service manager when contacted said there was nothing they could do. \r \r Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your Honda. Great cars, poor service. If you consider their 'thoroughly checked out car' with almost $1000 in service fees in less than a week a great deal then go for it. Just as a side note, they fired my sales guys a few days after my sale. Too bad, since he was the only guy I felt in the deal I could semi-trust. Pros: It's Honda, what can I say? They are great cars, especially a new one. Cons: Loads of calls while I was thinking about the car. Difficult to reach after sale was made. Poor service. Pressure tactics. more

Great Customer Service 10/22/2008

The customer service was great, very helpful. I bought my 2 teenagers their first cars from Crest, and I received great service both buying each car(3 months a part), and when having my oil change. This is not an old school dealership with high pressure sales, it was a wonderful buying experience. Oh, after you are done buying the car, drive down to the Farmers Market to have lunch, a very nice Market. Pros: Everything more
