I took my 97 honda accord in for service last week and the people at Creat were wonderful. I'm very surprised with the previous review, I saw nothing but wonderful honest caring people. I came out of service a happy woman, and I'm looking into buying a new civic after christmas. I'm new to town and live in downtown but I could of went to rivergate or brentwood, glad I choose Crest. I'm giving their business card out to friends, and I will see them again in Feb, when I get my taxes back. Thanks Sara
