I just bought a 2014 Kia Sorento sxl. I love it. I can't believe all extra's it came with. I don't think there is one thing I don't have in this vehicle. It's amazing. I highly recommend this car. Went in today 12/23/13 to check out and test drive a mazda3. Not going to lie I was preparing myself to be bullied a bit, as I've been looking for a car for a few months and test drove a mazda3 at the centennial location and was pushed a bit time was wasted and I walked out. I also wasn't ready which I had mentioned. Still really liked the mazda so I decided to try the henderson location instead. Boy what a great experience! I was on the lot looking alone for 10-15 mins came in to use the restroom and saw the salesman Jessie Quintero. I will never buy a car from anyone else but him. I approached him to ask questions he was very chill and easy to talk to, he answered all my questions and often I didn't even have to ask. We walked to the mazda3 and he just started talking about all it had to offer and the bells and whistles without the bull. We talked like friends, if you are in need of a vehicle this is the guy to see hands down. Jessie set me up with a great deal no haggle in 10 minutes. Even set my up for my first appointment for oil change. Detailed and toped off my tank. Then spent an extra 5-10 minutes showing me how to set up bluetooth, radio, and cruse control etc. Also the gentlemen that helps with pricing was very nice. Also paperwork was handle very efficiently he was super nice too and we have the same funny stone hedge tissue holder. I would send family and friends here for sure. I walked out very happy, informed and taken care of. Thanks so much for the great service. Namaste more

5++ Stars ALL the way....from the min we pulled into the lot!! After shopping at many other lots and facing numerous rude salesman and dishonest dealership, it was refreshing to shop at a dealership were everyone was ever so professional and informative. There is a REASON there name is Courtesy!!! From our Salesman Steve, to our wonderful finance guru Ralph, to the wonderful Car Porter ( who went the extra mile to make my car all shinny and pretty before we left) to even the General Manager Kem we felt comfortable and at ease. NO pressures, no hidden agends!! They ALL were Honest, Respectful, and straight shooters!! Easiest car buying experience I have ever had and promise me I don't like salesman, don't have time or energy for their games or stories. This dealership Knocked it Out of the Park!! I never in a million years would think I would be writing such a Sparkling review esp for a car dealership!!! My recommendation is to NOT buy from this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul from Courtesy in May. The salesperson steered me towards a model that he said was ""$19,000 and change."" I signed a contract with what I thought was a purchase price of $19,995.00. Some parts of the contract were blank, and when I questioned this, the financial officer inferred this was normal in Nevada. Being new to Nevada, I was an idiot and signed it. Later that evening when I went to file the paperwork they gave me, I found that the contract was missing from the envelope. I tried numerous times to get a copy of the contract between May and June. Each time, I was promised that it would be mailed. Once, I went to the dealership to try to get it, and I was told Finance was closed (I don't believe it was looking at the posted hours on their webpage). Finally, I called Kia Financing and asked them for a copy of the contract since the dealership wouldn't give it to me. Kia sent me a copy immediately (really,, not so hard to do). When I looked at the contract, the purchase amount showed $22.995.00 which is $3000.00 higher than I expected to pay and is $3000.00 than the web fair price for the model and options I chose. I accused the dealership of fraud, but they repeatedly told me that I signed the contract at that price. I don't believe that I did. When I asked why would I purchase a car for $3000.00 more than I was willing to pay, they explained that they can charge as much as they want to for a car (or $3000.00 higher than the sticker price). Bottom line is that I bought a car for much more than the Blue Book price and while this dealership claims they did not intend to mislead or defraud, if it looks, walks and quacks like a duck, it may just be a duck. 1. I should not have been asked to sign an incomplete contract; 2. I should have left the dealership with a signed copy of the contract (should have been in the envelope they gave me); 3. the contract should have been given to me immediately thereafter when I requested it. more

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING THE SALESMAN CHRIS, HE NOT ONLY ACTED AS IF HE WAS HONEST BUT SO DID THE FINANCIAL PERSON. THEY ARE SHUTTING THIS PLACE DOWN AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE of Courtesy....I know the in's and outs of what there doing. They had several stores in the Las Vegas area. They just sold the Mazda store in North Vegas 2010 and are doing all they can to drop the Hendeson Store. The GM Harold hates Las Vegas and want to move back to Chicago. (old mob connections) This store is being offered for sale in the Automotive News classifieds. All the good employees are gone so you as the coustomer will suffer. more

i purchased a used 2004 VW R32 from Courtesy Imports on 6/18/09. Worst mistake EVER. Get READY FOR THIS ONE!!!... one month after the car started to shake and rattle. So i took it in they kept it for a week and said they could not diagnois the problem so they had it takin to VW. After two days there they said that they had found the problem and they gave me the part list totaling up to $2069.41 being i bought the extended warranty they cover a big portion of that.... Come to find out that three of the six bolts holding the flywheel on had come loose....not sure how i only put three hundred miles or less on the car i did that but Courtesy refused to pay for it.... GM, Frank and Service manager Benny and Randy where all shady and rude all gave me the run around.....SECOND i took it in today after only putting 6000 miles on the car in not even a year the tires are wearing uneven and completly bold....Yet again was told ""im s**t outta luck"" Qoute....and that courtesy is and will not pay for anything. Randy service manager said that they are not responsable for anything......NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COURTESY IMPORTS. HAD SOME FUEL INJECTORS PUT IN AN 04 ISUZU AXIOM AND THEY OVERCHARGED THE CRAP OUT OF ME AND PUT MY HOOD ON CROOKED? AVOID THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT!! 3/1/2010

I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I was treated at this place!! I walked in with an 800 credit score and was prepared to spend $50,000 on a car. In making that kind of a purchase I asked the salesman for a breakdown of what I was being charged. The salesman, Troy, actually argued with me and my wife becasue he was attempting to hide the true amount of the sales price of the car. He just kept focusing on the payment. We finally got it out of him and it turned out to be $2,800 OVER the advertisied sales price!! I asked him why he was charging us more money than the price of the vehicle and he said that's how much his General Manager ,Frank, wants to sell it for. We asked to speak to Frank and he snapped at us and said he wasnt there. He said Frank would be back in an hour, hoping we would get over it and just sign. We told him that we were leaving and to have Frank call us when he got back. Magically Frank appeared 5 minutes later. Cons: RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS more

WORST Dealership I've EVER Had the Misfortune of Walking Into 1/8/2009

Absolute WORST service I have ever been involved with in over 22 years of car buying. I should have known something wasn't right when I ended up seeing 5 different employees, they pass you off from one to another, and then back again. I've always done business with Ford prior to this and have NEVER been passed around like this. I changed my mind about purchasing this automobile less than 24 hours later and returned the automobile. I then began receiving harassing and threatening phone calls for the next week from the most unprofessional manager Frank. This man not only made multiple threats but was also screaming at me over the phone, demanding that I had to come in immediately to sign bank loan papers. I was initially dumbfounded that someone in sales could still have a job after speaking with customers in this manner. I refused to come in, he then told me fine, we are going to dump the car at your house and leave the keys in the car. Very strong arm tactics, threats, threats of lawsuits. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and have gone out of my way to tell everyone I work with to stay away from this company. FYI for anyone unfortunate enough to get involved with this company? Unless you sign bank loan papers, you do NOT own that car, no matter how much the manager Frank threatens you. I ended up hiring an attorney and once this dealership finally let me know who had approved my loan (they don't want to tell you, they just want you to sign) the bank stated I do NOT own that car until I sign bank papers, the car dealership papers are worthless until the bank papers are signed. the worst kind of dealer 2/7/2007

We Leased a Mazda 626 4 years ago and our lease recently was ending. Mazda credit the company whom we acquired the lease from along with another Mazda dealership in town, Magic Mazda who unfortunately went out of business, offered us a payoff of the lease, which seemed good so we called Mazda credit and asked ""Where do we send the check?"" One would assume it could be that easy and one would be very wrong when it comes to Mazda credit the say they can't accept any money!!!???? And they sent us to Courtesy Imports. When there we were greeted by a young man who attempted to finance to us the car we were leasing! No we said we are buying it outright, oh ok he says and goes to get his manager who then drafts up a load of numbers from our of no where, no we politely say and hand him the letter Mazda Credit sent us with the buy out amount on it. The manager snickers ""Look, lady"" he says to my girlfriend, ""we need our part"" and explains that there is tax and title fee, sure we say and break out a calculator. The manager?s math was off! he tried to up charge us on the tax we then showed him what 7.5 percent would be, hesitantly he agrees and we write the check, sign the paper, even though we were paying more than one thousand dollars more. Drive home and wait for out green slip in the mail. One week later one of the managers calls my girlfriend and mentions that she needs to come down and sign some papers to finish the deal. What, we did that a week ago, could you fax them? She asks and the man is rude, and says I don't know I'll see. the next day the manager call us back he screaming at my girlfriend about how she needs to sign these papers and that she owes them 175.00 more, needless to say we were astonished to hear this, niether Mazda Credit or Courtesy has helped us at all, they still continue to call and harrass us more than one month late over 175.00 today they had the tenacity to up the price 400 dollars more! do not deal with these people!
