i purchased a used 2004 VW R32 from Courtesy Imports on 6/18/09. Worst mistake EVER. Get READY FOR THIS ONE!!!... one month after the car started to shake and rattle. So i took it in they kept it for a week and said they could not diagnois the problem so they had it takin to VW. After two days there they said that they had found the problem and they gave me the part list totaling up to $2069.41 being i bought the extended warranty they cover a big portion of that.... Come to find out that three of the six bolts holding the flywheel on had come loose....not sure how i only put three hundred miles or less on the car i did that but Courtesy refused to pay for it.... GM, Frank and Service manager Benny and Randy where all shady and rude all gave me the run around.....SECOND i took it in today after only putting 6000 miles on the car in not even a year the tires are wearing uneven and completly bold....Yet again was told ""im s**t outta luck"" Qoute....and that courtesy is and will not pay for anything. Randy service manager said that they are not responsable for anything......NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COURTESY IMPORTS. Brandon 7025440276
