I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I was treated at this place!! I walked in with an 800 credit score and was prepared to spend $50,000 on a car. In making that kind of a purchase I asked the salesman for a breakdown of what I was being charged. The salesman, Troy, actually argued with me and my wife becasue he was attempting to hide the true amount of the sales price of the car. He just kept focusing on the payment. We finally got it out of him and it turned out to be $2,800 OVER the advertisied sales price!! I asked him why he was charging us more money than the price of the vehicle and he said that's how much his General Manager ,Frank, wants to sell it for. We asked to speak to Frank and he snapped at us and said he wasnt there. He said Frank would be back in an hour, hoping we would get over it and just sign. We told him that we were leaving and to have Frank call us when he got back. Magically Frank appeared 5 minutes later.
