My wife and I have bought a Daewoo, a Mazda and 2 Kia's from this dealership and never had a problem with the sales or service departments. Sergio Brooks is the only salesman we've ever dealt with and he's the best. I was unhappy with one service person one time and the next time I took my vehicle in for service, he was ""bye bye"". There may be an occasional ""bad apple"" in their barrel but they'll get rid of it as soon as they're aware of the problem
