My experience with Conway Services 4/14/2016

Mark K made it here a little late because of vehicle breakdown. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He cleaned my air unit and had a Shannon come to give me prices on replacing our unit. I'm very pleased with Conway and I will be recommending them to family and friends. more

Jesse really was helpful in helping us address our water pipe leak beneath our lawn. I felt he was straight and fair and honest with me, and worked to help us get the service we need without trying to raise what was already an expensive "fix". Thanks, Jesse! more

Summary of findings 4/1/2016

i recently purchased an entirely new system for my home and during the follow up visit before the first year was up received a system cleaning. My technician (Mario O.) was very professional and explained all of what was taking place. my only disappointment with any of my service thus far was the fact that after paying thousands of dollars overhauling my old HVAC system, I learned today that I needed "surge protectors"?? I'm sure I would have paid another couple of hundred dollars for it initially just FYI!! more

Bruce B. was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me in detail. He replaced not one but 2 tankless water heaters . He did a great job and You should be very pleased to have such a quality employee! I would use Conway again for sure . more

Yearly AC check 3/15/2016

Jason H. did a great job. Very thorough checking the AC units and explaining all the items checked back to me with the stats on the units. Hope he is the technician who comes back in the fall for the heating check! more

Very impressed 2/25/2016

My technician, Bruce, arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional the entire duration of the installation of my new water heater. He treated the job like it was for his own home, no corners were cut, even went the extra mile. Could not be more pleased. more

Filter change 2/16/2016

Mr Oliver arrived on time, intruduced himself, then ask about the heating unit. We showed him upstairs and he got to work cleaning and changing filters. Our unit is less than a year old so we didn't take much of his time, after changing filters being Mr Oliver wrote up our ticket, we paid and he was off to his next appt. more

Jason Hamrick was very polite and eager to please. He knew his job well and was kind enough to explain some things to me. He appeared to really enjoy his job and was well informed. He also called the office before he left to get prices on a couple of things I had inquired about. I also appreciated that he was careful to put covers on his shoes before walking in our home. more

Conway Services 11/17/2015

Fred Broom, service professional, provided me with information about my hot water heater problem. He explained the problem in terms I could understand and gave me the option, and prices, for repair or replacement, explained that since my unit was 11 years old I should take that into consideration. Since I am a widow, I wanted my daughter's input, and he spoke with her on the phone. She agreed that I needed a new unit and that the one he recommended was a good brand. He covered my floors with plastic to prevent damage as they moved the old unit out and brought the new one in. From the time he entered my house until he finished installing my new water heater he was polite, courteous, and mindful of the fact that I do not hear well and always spoke clearly. I was very comfortable having him in my house. Before he left, he assured me that if I had any questions or problems I could call and they would be taken care of. more
