Comfort Club Heating Cooling Service Inspection-10-6-16 10/6/2016

Two great guys, Brenner and Joe (Bo/Jo)! They were very friendly, courteous, yet professional. They answered our questions and checked all points of importance to us. The heat/cool unit is cooling much better since they cleaned it and we feel better since we purchased, and had them install an air purifier. Good Job! Bobby T. more

Comfort Club Plumbing Inspection 10/6/2016

My wife and I were very pleased with Fred Bromm the Service Plumber that came to our home today. He was very professional and courteous and answered all the questions we had for him. Brenton V. is a very well learned service technician. He understands air conditions and heating. I was very please with him working and testing my units. He initially introduced himself. He said if you have any questions, I will get you an answer. That is the sign of a person knows what he is doing! Most of all he took his time to test accurately. After being a retired electronic technician and electronics engineer told be a lot about Brenton using test equipment. I rate him 5 stars! more

They were prompt, worked very efficiently and did not leave without cleaning the premises and insuring that we were informed of how to properly use and maintain the system. Main water line leak 7/8/2016

After finding a pool of water in front yard I dug enough to identify a main water line leak. Having been pleased with Conway's AC installation we called them for help. They sent Bruce Bates who was courteous, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. He quickly identified the leaking joint, provided an estimate and then worked very hard on a hot day to repair the problem. (We were surprised that it was necessary to make a trip to warehouse for materials, thus delaying completion, when the situation had been described when the appointment was made.) After both our contacts with Conway Services we were pleased with knowledge, competence and courtesy of the service people and with the service they provided. Conway comes across as a reliable high quality company that cares both about employees and customers. We highly recommend them. Thank you Bruce! more

Three new A/C units installed 6/11/2016

Steve did excellent work. He was very respectful of me and my home. He and the team completed the work in one day, work 11 hours to get the job completed saving me from taking more time off of work. The installations was best then the original job, and they explained everything to ensure I understood the units and how to use them! Very pleased a good man. more

TJ was a very respectful to me and my home. He and the team worked an 11 hour day to complete the job in one day. This saved me from taken more time off of work. The installation was better than the original job. They were very clean and left everything the way they found it. I would TJ back in my home anytime. more

He worked an 11 hour day and completed the job in one day that should have taken one and half days. Save me from take move time off of work. more

Work performed by Bruce 6/3/2016

I am very happy with their service. Bruce arrived on time and did an excellent job. He listened to all my complaints about the bathroom and kitchen problems and now I am happy with my house again. He pointed out possible future problems and estimated the cost to have those repaired. I will definitely be calling on Conway Services again in the future. more
