Chris Griffis spent a good deal of time at our home yesterday checking for various problems that we have in our HVAC system. He was very thorough in describing each situation and what could be done to address each problem. Chris was quite willing to answer all my questions and never seemed in a hurry to move on to his next job, wanting to make sure I was satisfied.
Based on his work and his explanation of the program, I signed up to become a Comfort Club member with Conway. I look forward to continued good experiences with the company.
