I had Conway come out and evaluate a hot water heating problem. I was already planning to replace this unit when the problem occurred. Both technicians, we're professional and courteous. The called before arriving, prep reaped the house with proper covering of the floors and carpet. Replacement took about 2 hours and was installed correctly. They reviewed the installation with me to ensure I was satisfied. I recommend Anthony L and William B if you have water heater problems. Over all price was a little higher than some but, I feel worth it considering that quality of he the install.
