After finding a pool of water in front yard I dug enough to identify a main water line leak. Having been pleased with Conway's AC installation we called them for help. They sent Bruce Bates who was courteous, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. He quickly identified the leaking joint, provided an estimate and then worked very hard on a hot day to repair the problem. (We were surprised that it was necessary to make a trip to warehouse for materials, thus delaying completion, when the situation had been described when the appointment was made.)
After both our contacts with Conway Services we were pleased with knowledge, competence and courtesy of the service people and with the service they provided. Conway comes across as a reliable high quality company that cares both about employees and customers. We highly recommend them.
